Stayed Aug 18, 2025Loved this spot on the bay. The house was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the game room playing pool with my husband. We also enjoyed fishing off the pier. We caught trout, redfish, croakers and catfish using live shrimp and crabs. We also enjoyed our time at the beach.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Loved the property especially the view from the screened porch. I would suggest cutting back the vegetation from the driveway. Difficult to see when pulling onto the road.

Stayed Apr 27, 2025Had an amazing time. House was perfect. Area is peaceful and relaxing. Dolphins everyday, several times a day. Caught nice speckled trout, flounder right off the dock.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Loved the pier great location. Perfect place to fish and relax. Giving 4/5 cause it ciuld use better cleaning and maybe new leaving room rug and chair. Overall great home. Would come again

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Fantastic property. Very quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for in a rental. The fishing was also fantastic and if you enjoy dolphin watching, its worth the stay. Only issue, was the road into it was a bit rough and unfinished and kind of hard to find. Some of the party had to do a few passes before locating the correct turn in. It looks like new development so that should be resolved hopefully soon. Definitely would rent again.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024We arrived on Sunday late afternoon. Entering the house was easy. Went great. House was very nice.when turning on the tv we couldn’t get any of the 4 tvs to show a picture. We tried to connect our phones to Wi-Fi and no wifi We immediately called the number we were given for any problems and a lady answered and told us some things to try but nothing worked. She said she wouldn’t be able to get anyone there until the next day. So we waited. Left the next day with no phone call did some daily things went back to house later and repair man was there he said we needed a new tv and new cable box. We left ,in afternoon repair tech called saying he had fixed the internet and Roku but couldn’t fix the cable. He said he set up An appointment for a cable technician to come out the following day between 1-5pm and we needed to be there to let him in. That’s when we erupted! You expect us to stay and waste 1/2 our vacation day sitting waiting on a repair technician to fix your tv?! Not happening. My husband asked for a manager to give him a call twice by this time and was told they would but never did . The following day we went about our daily things and received a phone call about 5:30pm from the repair man that originally put in the new tv. He said he had met the cable tech and they had it fixed. They should’ve offered to meet them from the start! Once that was repaired we could enjoy our trip like we should. The house and location was great! We saw gator dolphin etc from the dock. ❤️

Stayed Apr 17, 2024Pros is covered pier, outside shower and garage loading and unloading is great for weather reasons. Cons Polyester sheets way too large for bed and HOT, only non-stick cookware for use, No working Kuerig; need usb outlets for charging and stepping stones to pier would keep so much sand out of the house.
