Property was small but used the space very efficiently. Decorated nicely.had a comfortable bed and pillows. Was a little disappointed that it wasn’t closer to Kyle field. Would stay again.

I needed a room for a short trip to visit my student in town. This garage apartment is the perfect alternative to a hotel room! Hosts have made it private, cozy, spotless, full of accommodations, and treat guests to a serving of homemade cinnamon rolls!

This was just perfect for me for the two nights I was in town! It was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the internet was iffy. It could’ve been that the area didn’t get great reception, but a WIFI option would be nice. Thank you for a great stay….and the cinnamon rolls!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little apartment. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple or single guest. Very clean. Cinnammon rolls were excellent and a nice touch. Place was cozy and homey. Very convenient to TAMU and Bomber Field in Bryan. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The bed did hurt my husband's back, but we loved the place. Don't hesitate to book.

Beth was a welcoming host who provided a prompt response to my questions. As a UM alum attending the playoffs, the location was superb as I was able to walk from the game to the house. Beth provided cinnamon buns on my arrival that were delicious. She provided a thorough description of amenities. Highly recommend.

Convenient location, very clean and well-equipped. Quaint space with nice touches - provided water, coffee/cream/sugar and wonderful cinnamon rolls for our first night. Thoughtful host and easily accessible if you have questions! Would definitely recommend and book again!

This is a great location near campus, and the unit was reasonably priced. The owners were very responsive before and during the trip. The unit is cozy but suitable for 1-2 people, and it was well-stocked with appliances. We will consider this option for future visits. Thanks and Gig'Em.
