Store High end apartment

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my parents. Daniel, the Uber driver hired by Hector met my folks at the airport and safely took them to the apartment. Katia (Hector’s wife) was waiting inside and provided a tour, keys and phone number; so friendly and kind! This is a newer building with 7 floors, elevator, WiFi included, lovely balcony, 24hr security and a mango tree by the pool. Thank you Hector for arranging fantastic hospitality and clean apartment.

Absolutely loved the professionalism and helpfulness of the hosts. The property is pristine with top quality furnishing. The balcony is amazing if you love to relax in solitude on a lounging chair. There is full sun in the morning. The building is extremely well built, in a gated environment not far from the restaurants, Costco and La Comer. Great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Very clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Good location with restaurants close by.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for 28 days. The condo was in next to new condition and was nicely designed and decorated tastefully. The complex was totally secure with a concrete wall fence and a security guard at the front gates 24 hours. The condo and the complex was very clean and well maintained. The host was readily available and was assisted by his mother who greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a tour and a quick orientation about the condo. Both were fully conversant in English. Each condo unit has its own parking space. The condo is in a nice area close to Grocery Stores and Shopping Malls with quite a few restaurants in the area. We had an enjoyable stay.It was easy and secure to book on VRBO.

When we arrived there was no record of us coming. We were left waiting at the security gate showing them our VBRO reservation, but they explained to us that no one told them anything about our rsvp. After a lengthy wait and several attempts to convince them that we had a reservation we got a hold of the owner who eventually got us in. He later said that he doesn't get along with the property manager. While we are used to spending time in Mexico and aware that nights cacn be noisy, we have yet experienced how loud is was at this place on a Saturday night. There was an out door dance party on one of the lots adjacent to the pool. The vibrations from the music was literally shaking ghe windows. The earplugs that we bring for such occasions did not work as the music was too loud.We finally settled in and the music stopped around 1 am. Shortly after that the safe that we had pit or passports into starteda loud beeping. We tried to open it up, but it did not open. Luckily there were two bedrooms, so we switched and used the other bedroom. We msg'd Hector about the safe but didnt hear back until another 30 hours. Meanwhile we figured outt the safe key and fixed the problem. The pool was clean and refreshing. The actual rental unit was clean and comfortable. It was however stuffy. Because of the ongoing battle with dengue fever we were reluctant to open any doors or windows as there were no screens. Great area with excellent restaurants and shopping.

The condo was extremely clean which is my number one importance. It was great to have some extra amenities in the kitchen and bathroom especially for a shorter stay. We love all the great restaurants within walking distance. No complaints from us. Gracias
