Stayed Jun 18, 2024We needed a quick place to stay and this fit. Quick notes: free street parking, back entrance, nice size kitchen and living room. We had some questions when we stayed, but the owners were responsive. We did not use the laundry. We did use the window unit AC as it was very hot. The house cooled down quickly. Overall a nice quiet place to stay.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Great location to Yale campus.Mostly clean but bathroom had excessive dust build up on exhaust vent and shower trim.Not trying to be petty but when you charge a cleaning fee it should be clean.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022We chose this property because it had 3 bedrooms, but that was the only highlight. The one bathroom was dirty and had minimal water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is minimally equipped for cooking. All the window a/c units were full of dust. Areas looked like they had not been cleaned in years. Manager was responsive and apologetic, but clearly needs a better cleaning routine.
