Property was clean and quiet, easily accessible with off street parking for 1 vehicle. Bathroom is very small with SMALL standup shower. Excellent kitchen but only 1 TV in whole unit. Overall location was nice with access to beach very close.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and was willing to come by if we had any problems, which we didnt. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood at night. The cabinet full of games was nice to have as well. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Thanks!

Great time.

We had an incredible trip to the beach despite the wild weather, including a hurricane that caused high tides. The location was perfect and super convenient. The place was spotless, and we appreciated how clean it was.Fred, the host, was fantastic and always ready to help. The kids had a blast with the games available, which quickly became a highlight of our trip.Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit

Very clean, peaceful spot. The hand painted Flamingo is awesome!!! Beds were comfortable. Fred was very helpful and accommodating. Beach was the cleanest I’ve ever been too. Highly recommend this rental.

This was our second time staying here! We enjoyed it just as much as we did two summers ago. The home had everything we needed for our stay, as well as items for the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys and wagon). Love the location - just a quick walk across the street to the beach. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a brief autumn trip to the coast of Massachusetts! The rental was spacious and clean, and the back porch was a great place to hang out with a nice view of the marsh. We would definitely return.

Very clean and well maintained property with maximal bed space. Spacious kitchen and clean interior. The bathroom is well maintained and shower is hot. Maybe not the best space for 5-6 adults but great for a family or smaller group.

Wonderful “beach” house with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Very clean. Excellent proximity to beach & great location from where to explore north or south along the coast. The beach, itself, is gorgeous and very long - perfect for great walks. Relaxing & beautiful sunsets from the back deck.

We really enjoyed staying in this place. It was cozy and very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We were 2 adults and 2 kids.

This place looks exactly like the photos, and was very clean. Fred provided everything you need to enjoy the beach including chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. The house had plenty of dish soap, paper goods, fans, bug spray and other things many hosts choose not to provide or overlook. It was quiet, right across from beach access, and Fred made the whole process very easy and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!

We traveled from Oklahoma to visit family, we chose this location because the description had everything we needed to have a great time. We had a day to enjoy the beach and everything we needed to have a beach day was provided! My daughters had beach toys to make sand castles, beach chairs, coolers, a wagon to get things to and from the beach, beach towels, games we could play at the beach, etc. my daughters loved there was a great selection of board games as well! Plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably! The owner was so nice and checked on us to ensure we got settled in the first day and make sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean! This exceeded my expectations and we got to enjoy our family vacation! We had relatives come visit us as well and there was plenty of room to sit and eat outside and inside! I could go on and on about how amazing this little home away from home is!
