Steps from the lifts of Winter Park Base-Newly Remodeled Studio

The condo was a great location. Easy walk to the gondola. The unit was well stocked with all supplies and clean. Host was very responsive and helpful.

It had everything you need and more

The unit is lovely and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. Shawn was wonderful and communicated well with us. Almost all the stores and restaurant around the property were closed until the middle/end of June. We didn’t know that until we got there , but we still had a great time and will visit again.

A very functional and comfortable space that met all our needs. Great layout. Kitchen was useful in keeping expenses down as we prepared breakfasts and dinners and ate our lunch out while sightseeing. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park (west side Grand Lake entrance is much less crowded), as wells as many awesome trails outside the park, and Georgetown Loop Railroad, to name a few. Everything you need in Winter Park and Fraser. Communication from owner was great; top notch host.

The property was clean and convenient. This unit has A/C which is a plus. The unit had everything we needed. Lots of activities (hiking, biking, shopping, dining). The unit, the complex, and the area, in general, are very well maintained. My wife and I are picky and everything was perfect. We were concerned about some of the reviews we read in advance and did not experience anything negative. Wish we would have stayed a few more days.

We weren’t aware we were going to this area during “off season” we didn’t plan to ski, so didn’t even think to check. But unfortunately because the ski slopes weren’t open basically the whole town closed down. Most of our trip their was one store and one restaurant open. A few more opened on Saturday and Sunday, but limited hours.

We stayed here six nights. It’s the perfect location and great accommodations! This spot is closer to the gondola and other base lifts than a lot of the rooms at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. The door codes were easy, even for me and my 7-year-old. I wish I would’ve noticed earlier in the trip the side stairs and realized how they made access to the room even easier. It’s a real bummer that Shawn can’t make it snow, that would’ve helped!We will certainly be back to WP and this specific unit.

Wish we could have got in earlier

Great location for MTB rides from the property. The resort is very quiet during the week and gets busy on the weekend. The weather was perfect and the trails for bicycling and hiking are so much fun!

This unit was close to the gondola and had a heated garage! It was just steps from the hot tub, which was very large and nice. The stairs were easy way to get to the hot tub/spa, parking garage and right out to the street to walk over to the gondola.

This place is great. The kitchen is well stocked. Furnishings are very nice. Excellent communication. SO close to the slopes. Can’t wait to stay again.

Fantastic location and nice place walking distance from the gondola and the village at winter park base. Shawn was communicative and instructions for check in were clear.

Such a perfect location steps to the slopes. Was great for a quick night in Winter Park. Shawn was super responsive with instructions and to help out a maintenance issue (NOT with his unit, but a chirping smoke detector at a different owner’s unit next door that he had maintenance take care of so it didn’t drive us crazy) – definitely went above and beyond for us, and would recommend staying here for anyone looking at a convenient Winter Park studio.

Nice efficient studio across the street from Zephyr Lodge. Two big hot tubs and a parking garage. The owner is very informative and responsive.

Everything was great but two things. I felt like I was potty training on the small toilet and no Kleenex? Other then that everything was as expected and had everything I needed.

Big 8’ underground parking for our truck. Easy access to everything. Good communication and a comfy spot for two adults and a toddler.

This property is very conveniently located right across the road from the gondola at the base of the mountain. Its heated car parking is a significant plus for winter stays. The studio is fully equipped and well maintained. The check-in process could not be smoother.

I loved this unit! Parking was easy and the unit was well-appointed with all your needs for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the big bathtub after miles of hiking in beautiful Winter park.

Great, well-maintained modern efficiency unit steps from Winter Park Resort Gondola. The location is fantastic! Well-maintained, nicely furnished, new and well-stocked kitchenette. Strong WiFi. Good-sized bathroom. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Heated, parking garage. I stayed here in September, but for skiing this place would be excellent! Highly recommend

The condo worked size wise for us! The location was also good. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. Also the ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working!
