Stayed Aug 1, 2024Pros - Good location, enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, metro stop and underground access. Nice building and the pool is great. Number of bedrooms in the Unit was nice for a family of 6. Unit was clean enough, beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of space for a family. Cons - Process and ID requirements before check in was a bit of a pain. Upon check in, didn't have enough towels but I think it was a problem with the reservation. Contacted check in desk at 4:00 PM and didn't get more until the next day. Still only planned one per person for a 4 day stay which didn't seem enough. Also, not enough toiletries and paper products in the unit for the stay. Not a big issue but wasn't aware of this when booking. Rear bedrooms were a bit on the warm side but it was an unusally hot week in DC. One bedroom had a box fan so it must be a known issue. All in all, this unit was spacious and while it didn't have all the fancy decorations, it met the needs of our family for 5 days in DC. The customer support was always responsive and the check out process was easy.

Stayed May 11, 2024Overall, was great, with few exceptions. Only 1 fob, but did have 2 sets of keys. Fobs used to access apartment building and with 5 people going different ways, a little awkward. Only 4 pods available for dishwasher. Stay was for 7 days, 5 adults. Should have had at least 7-10 dishwasher pod.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024We booked for 5 nights originally but after the first night we vacated the premises and had to locate another places to stay. Vertical blinds wouldn't close in all rooms and many vanes were broken, no A/C or heating, carpet was full of stains in all rooms, showers not cleaned, bathroom cabinet door broken, bed linens weren't clean, no USB ports for device charging, no smoke detectors at all in apartment. Walls had smears and hand prints on walls, one very flimsy towels for each 4 guest to last for our 5 day stay. The apartment was not furnished with vacationers in mind to high standards as stated in the rental info. This place was totally unacceptable. I contacted the We Host Group (out of state and likely out of country) the next morning to let them know we were vacating for all the reasons stated above. VRBO insists the manager of the property needs to be given a chance to fix the problem if there is a complaint but there was no way this was an isolated issue with this property, Filing a complaint with VRBO will be useless. I wasn't even able to upload any of the photos I had taken and all they will do is contact the property owner. We are totally disgusted our hard earned money we paid for this property is obviously down the drain. What was even more insane is that we had to pay a damage deposit for a place that was already damaged! VRBO does not vet their property owners or stand behind its renters.

Stayed Apr 8, 20242 of my colleagues and I used this as home base for meetings in the area. Clean, Safe, and could walk to/from airport, meetings, and plenty of restaurant options. The apartment itself was no frills but the gym facility was great. The pool wasn't open yet but looked wonderful.
