Steps from Duval, Pool on Site & Bikes Included!

Room is clean and good for two people. Bathroom is clean and close to Duval Street. Parking on the street. Feel like Home.

Clean room, laundry and great location. Owner/operator was very responsive.

Instructions for getting into the room was confusing. The lockbox with the keys to the room was not labeled so we had to try each one (there were several) until we found the one that worked with the code provided. Then, to get into the building we were provided a different door code. The code provided was incomplete. We were given a four digit code but the instructions didn’t mention you have add a hashtag at the end to get the door to unlock. We had to figure that part out on our own. Also, the listing says that there is parking available on site. There is not. We had to find parking on the street which I really don’t like doing. One of the main reasons I chose this place was to have a place to park and there wasn’t one. It add extra stress to a 6 hour drive that I didn’t want or need.

The property had everything you would need!

For Key West, this was an affordable option in light of what other places cost to stay. There are fees in addition to the base cost but that is everywhere. This was a good value overall. Room is small but adequate for a single person or couple. Nice sized bathroom. Room was clean. Small pool out back was nice. Easy access to Duval, Southernmost Point etc. We did wish that there was some coffee provided with the coffee maker.

The unit was quite small, however, for the size of the unit Ken has thought of everything. There were bike helmets, laundry detergent ,lawn chairs, kitchen supplies , books and suntan lotions etc.

When we go to Key West we hardly spend any time in our room and don’t need much so this studio was just what we were looking for. Great location and walkable to all our favorite haunts. Reasonable price for Key West. It is very small but was very clean and had most everything needed. Pool was nice but pretty cool. Ken was quick to respond with any questions. Overall good experience

Privacy, quiet, convenient

My husband and I were both very impressed with this studio apartment. Not only was it a great location, but it had everything you could possible need. The communication with the owner was excellent! He took the time to make a list of all of the best restaurants/bars and also listed fun things to do and see. We greatly appreciated this because it was our first time to Key West. We will definitely be coming back to Key West again and are hoping to stay in the same studio. We highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay. Location was perfect for us. Duval Loop bus stop nearby...walked to Blue Heaven (a MUST stop!)...walked to the beach and had drinks on the water at the Southernmost House restaurant. It was small...but you dont need much and we weren't there often. Really like the spa pool and laying in the sun! Communication with owner is excellent. We will go again!

This was a perfect small room close to shopping and attractions. We walked to almost all the places we wanted to see. Check in was easy with the written instructions provided by our host Ken. We were able to find street parking right in front of the building for free which was awesome.There were backpack beach chairs available in the room which we used to watch the sunset.

Loved the heated pool and first floor accommodations. We also loved the bikes to be able to get around town. They definitely need new baskets though.

Great communication and easy walking distance to many things

We had a wonderful stay in Key West while in town for a friend’s wedding. The studio was perfect for just my husband and me—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The location made it easy to enjoy the weekend and get around Key West. We’d definitely stay here again!

The studio was super cute & clean. Our property owner was very responsive & accommodating. This was a short walk away from Duvall Street & close to several bars/restaurants/historic places.

Check in process could be a lot better The keys are in a lock box that does not work all the time. You could not adjust the a/c it was stuck on 76 degrees. We used the bikes which was nice to have. The pool was clean and refreshing.Other than the check in and A/C the place was nice.

This room was perfect for us! Everything we needed was included except coffee pods so pack your own. We loved the proximity to Duval Street and the Southernmost Point. We enjoyed the pool and met a nice couple there. We were able to park right in front of the building. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed in the Rembrant room #6Great location in a quiet place with a super value. I really liked that he had no hidden fees. Clean and well stocked with nice add ons like beach chairs & umbrella, soft sided cooler, and bikes for local travel. Parked the car and used bikes for everything including transportation to the Yankee Freedom boat dock to the Dry Tortugas. Pool was clean and perfect temp. Bring your own coffee keurig cups or ground coffee for the drip coffee maker. Nice to have an extra fan as the mini air conditioner could barely keep up and we didn't have a hot week. Only improvements is to have a better lock box key pick up. The boxes aren't marked and it took multiple attempts to open the lock box with the provided code. Frustrating when you arrive but can't get in....Lastly, they need a new tire pump as the one in the closet doesn't work. Still left with a satisfactory approval and would recommend staying with Ken place.

We had the best time staying at Ken's property! The property and studio were extremely clean, just what we were looking for. Ken was warm and welcoming, very responsive. Ken even provided a list of recommendations that were top notch. The location to Duval Street and the rest of KW along with the bikes made everything so easy! It was perfect to bike around and then come back to the property and jump in the pool! Highly recommend this property or any of Ken's properties! We will be back! Thank you Ken!

If you are looking for a clean room close to everything this is a great place! Pool is wonderful after a long day walking. There is laundry on sight and has two types of coffee pots, kerig and a regular maker. You will need to bring your own coffee. There is a microwave and small refrigerator. It is a small room but all you really need. One note, the lock boxes are not really numbered well. The dark box is 6. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We don't get the exceptional rating at all. It felt like we were at the beach. The floor was filthy and full of sand. Our feet were black in 5 minutes. We lost all water pressure for several hours and the lock box is very frustrating. Get one that works. Took me 5 minutes to put the key back. That said Ken was very communicative and it's in a great spot. Very small. We loved the pool which is very nice. This is in a great spot close to everything. I'm not a fancy boy at all. If it were clean I'd of given a better review

Everything was excellent!

Ken (our host), is an excellent communicator and was very responsive to our needs. The studio is small, but had everything we needed. It is exactly as advertised. The location was good, being less than 10 minutes cart ride from everything we visited. We will be back!

The property was cute and loaded with everything we could possibly need except coffee. The pool and room were quite warm, the hall stifling. Parking was difficult but the location was perfect. Hoping to stay here again!

I had a great time at this property and while in Key West. It was a perfect retreat and exactly what I needed. The place was clean and having access to the bikes was a plus! Also, Ken was an excellent host and very responsive.

We had a great time. Good location. Loved the pool, and we used the bicycles to get all around the island. The condo was small but had everything you would need and was clean and cozy. We would rent it again!One suggestion: Clearly mark the lockboxes. We had to try the code on every box till we found the right one. Also, we didn't know that after entering the code on the building door, you have to press the # symbol.

The room was exactly as described. The pool area was very nice. It was very nice for just me and my husband. Ken was absolutely wonderful and made the process very smooth. We would definitely consider renting in the future.

Walking distance to all we wanted to see. Cute little setup. A table fan would have been a nice option, the small AC unit couldn’t keep up with the summer heat/humidity. Cooling sheets would also be great for summer. Too warm for a hot tub. Heat off for refreshing summer swim.

This sweet little condo was perfectly located for a week long stay at Key West. Everything was in walking distance so we didn’t even have to rent a car. The owner was super informative and readily available. He gave us information on all the best spots locally as well. The place was perfect for the two of us.

Wow. This studio had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in Key West. Very well appointed. There were big thirsty beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel set, and even a beach hat. Plus the use of bikes. The mini kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked with quality appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. to make and serve meals. This was one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. Ken is a wonderful host. 10/10. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

This place is in a fantastic location in a quiet part of town, but a quick bike ride or walk to Duval and Mallory square. The room had everything you would need. beach chairs, toaster oven, Beach umbrella, keurig. The pool out back was great and we used the bikes daily to get around. Great find!

This was so central to everywhere we wanted to be, we didn’t need a single uber the whole stay. Ken was communicative and great, and the room was exactly as advertised. It was cozy and perfect for our trip. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything is great. Pool was clean and warm. Very responsive maintenance. The bathroom sink plunger was stuck in the down position and they were there quickly. The warm was small just as described but there was plenty of space for 2 people. You aren’t in the room much anyway. The bikes were a nice bonus everything was in biking or walking distance. We just Ubered to and from the airport

The room was perfectly appointed. Very thing you need to enjoy your stay. Everything is in walking distance and the bikes are included. The only reason we couldn’t give an overall 5 star rating is the A/C was lacking.

This is a great place for anyone who wants something clean, accessible, and full of amenities. Although the space is small, it comes with several amenities not included in a standard hotel room. We enjoyed the bicycles, dishware, beach towels, and a few other items. It's peaceful but not far from the best breakfast spots in Key West. The pool is fantastic, with sunny and shaded areas to relax. The action on Duval is only a 10 min walk or a couple min bike ride. The host was responsive, and the recommendations were perfect.

Perfect location…easy to get around!!

The studio apartment was perfect for our stay in Key West. The location was in quiet neighborhood and close to many great places. Communication from the owner was awesome! I would recommend his place to others.

The property was as described. This is a small unit as described but was fine for us. Despite the compact space, Ken supplied everything we needed to be comfortable. The bikes were a great benefit! We biked everywhere (to breakfast, dinner, and an excursion)! We utilized the heated pool after a long chilly day on a boat and it was fabulous! Communication was great and instructions were spot on. The location is convenient to Duval, downtown, and the southern most point…easily within a mile of everything we wanted to do. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

The room (located in a building with multiple rooms, think motel-like) was very small. The location was not in the greatest part of town.The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Good for one person, a bit crowded for 2 people.

First time to Key West so everything we saw and did was exciting and new. Visited the coast guard ship museum, butterfly refuge, audubon house and Hemingway house. We had great restaurant and bar experiences. Loved the neighborhood the galleria is in! Walked and biked to everything!! Loved the studio and loved the visit to Key west!

We walked most everywhere and loved the Southernmost Beach Bar! Eating at Moon Dog Cafe was so spectacular that we ate there 3 times in 2 days! This place is all it says it is. Simply perfect.

We loved our stay here. The communication was impeccable from the initial booking and room and amenities were just as pictured and described. The location was great and was an easy walk to Duval Street. Comfortable, convenient, and very clean. We will be back.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel out plans to this location. However the host was really great to work with. Wonderful communication and we would book with him again.

Place was always quiet and nice

We had an amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we need (and more). As advertised it was small, but felt sufficiently spacious for 2 adults. I even had room to do yoga in the mornings. The bathroom/shower was also large enough to move around comfortably. It was a lovely place and a good location near southernmost.

Great communication with host (Ken). I was worried about parking but it was never an issue. We used Uber in the evenings. The studio was very cute and well stocked. I liked all the extras (pool, bikes, beach gear, free laundry machines) Comfortable bed and quiet during the weekend. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, less than 10 minute walk to Duval St. Close to other sites to see. Nice having a pool to relax in after walking around all day. Studio is as advertised, clean and small but has everything you need.

The location is ideal for everything we wanted to see and do in Key West. The apartment is well equipped and very cozy. Communication with the owner was great! We appreciated the large walk in shower and loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easier than I expected. It is a small first floor studio apartment in a tropical area (as described) so don’t be surprised by the presence of sugar ant traps (a common problem in this area). The unit was clean and we tried to keep the countertop clean to avoid too many ants. A very minor downside was that there wasn’t an ice machine handy and the small fridge had a very small ice box that only fit a small ice cube tray. We got ice from the Circle K store.

The room was advertised as small, but it was still comfortable. The only issue was some sort of an alarm that went off very early in the morning (4am). It wasn't an alarm clock, but sounded like a fire alarm. The owner was very responsive and sent the manager to try to solve the issue. Parking was ok. The property and room were clean.

Ken’s place was perfect for our one night stay in Key West! I wish I would have stayed longer. I was looking forward to using the bikes, snorkeling and beach equipment. Unfortunately, we were unable to due to our flight being delayed and arriving late at night because of the global outage worldwide. I hated to leave and want to come back and visit really soon. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I decide to visit again!
