Building is safe and secure with on-site, live-in superintendent. There is also a camera. security system in the building. Fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, air-fryer, Vitamix bullet and large refrigerator/freezer. Coffee and tea provided. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood; one block from the beautiful North Hudson Park with a lake, playground, picnic area, racquetball & tennis courts. One block away from several great restaurants, one of the best delis in the state of NJ, and other amenities. Parking is on the street for an additional $25/week. (Permits required by the town.)

Easy access to midtown Manhattan. (20 minutes by jitney or bus during non-rush hour; 10 minutes by ferry). Bus transportation available 23 hours a day. Uber, Lift, taxis available. Five minutes from Edgewater and all major stores. Restaurants and amenities within a 5-minute walking distance. Not recommended for families with small children; the apt. isn’t childproof although it is partially equipped with baby gates and guards (and the cupboards with cleaning supplies have baby locks). The apartment is accessible for someone using a walker but it is not wheelchair accessible. All utilities included. Housekeeping services available for hire.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building and is very quiet. There is no one living above you.
