It was well equipped, clean, and in perfect distance to anything in the area we wanted to do. Would definitely not think twice about staying here again

Stayed Sep 4, 2025The rental property smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and musty. I realize it was built around 1920, however. The sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable. The showerhead was not connected, and leaked cold water. Also, the water in the entire unit did not get hot, except for the first night. Location was good. Great access to beach. Bedroom was cold, and hard to get to a satisfactory temperature. We did enjoy our stay in St. Simons. And it was nice to be able to stay on the beach later, due to close proximity of VRBO.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Just as pictured. Had all we needed. Very clean. There was a strong smell of soap for our entire stay. Not sure what that was about. Otherwise, communication was great, and no issues about a step-in tub. There is a walk-in shower. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We preferred the shops and dining places at the corner of Arnold and Ocean. Ocean In Motion rents bikes for the day and is just a short walk up the street. Nice little shop as well.

Stayed Jun 3, 2024I was very happy with my stay - the host was very responsive with any questions I had, and also checked in (message, not in person) to make sure my stay was going well. The location was perfect - 1 block from the beach, and and either a very short drive or a nice walk into town.
