    Great location, well stocked, 2 plush bathrobes a nice touch, lots of parking. Had to contact owner to ask how to get hot water to the bathroom. Instructions should be posted. No heat, only a/c. Due to being an older home, the noise can carry from the 2 other apartments. Enjoyed our stay.

    We had a great time here. This was my second stay with this host. Everything was great. The location was excellent, and the condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed, even coffee. We will definitely be back.

    Short visit to see friends. Great location and easy walk to beach. Sofa was stained and felt dirty. Bed was squeaking every time you turned over which was rather annoying. Otherwise good job on the remodel from old home.

    Our kids slept on the couch and we had a great time. Good kitchen, comfy spot. Had a few housecleaning items but they were addressed right away. In good hands with the host.

    We had a great stay at the Stanton House. I lived in St. Simons for a college summer 40 years ago and was amazed at how timeless the neighborhood has been. The loft was a block from the Crab Trap (same great menu as 40 years ago, great eats!), a couple of blocks from the King & Prince hotel / beach, and within walking distance of Brogens on the square. Told my wife how good the Mushroom Swiss burger was there - exactly the same and the square has the same laid back vibe! If you want a quiet day at the beach go down to Gould's inlet. Long stretch of natural dunes, easy access / parking, and not much of a walk to get away from the crowds. The house was great - all new amenities, easy parking, and loved the coffee they had waiting for us.

    Our stay was as wonderful as it could be. The unit had plenty of housewares to cook with as well as a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It also takes literally 30 seconds to get to the beach. The property managers were easy to communicate with if we had any questions!
