We had a great stay at this property. Everything was easy. Great location in a super cute town. Don't miss Fava's diner and Local Feed. Close to Lexington and the horse park and lots of bourbon places.

My husband I stayed here with our little 6 month old to visit family and we absolutely loved it! It’s very nice and cozy inside with just enough space! Bedroom is huge! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. It is close to a lot of wineries, distilleries, parks. The town is great. They have a variety of restaurants and shops.

We love staying here and we choose this place every time we travel to Kentucky. It’s perfectly situated near plenty of attractions. Georgetown could not be a cuter town or have more wonderful people. We are so grateful for such a BEAUTIFUL and well manicured place to hang our hats for a few days!

This place is really nicely done and in the perfect location, not just for walking Georgetown, but proximity to Keeneland, Frankfort and Lexington. Right next door to Local Feed, the best restaurant in town. Comfortable bed, awesome shower, great kitchen with lots of useful appliances. Great place to return to after exploring the area. We really enjoyed staying here and we can’t wait to return!

The place was great. Very clean and the communication with the owner was great. There were a couple of homeless guys in the park across the street but they didn't bother us. We love to sit outside so we brought the chairs from behind the place and greeted the people going the the restaurant down the block. The proximity to downtown was awesome. Thanks again.

This cozy property was clean and well furnished. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple and straightforward. It is located in downtown Georgetown just off the main drag. The Local Feed restaurant is next door and is a great place for a meal or drinks. There is a quaint public park across the street from the property with a log cabin and shelter house. This park contained a few people that appeared to be homeless but they kept to themselves. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would certainly go back.

This property is perfectly placed in Georgetown, within walking distance to several restaurants/bars. It was very clean and modern with all the finishing touches. Perfect space for a couple. I would DEFINITELY book again, no question!
