Our Villa SLEEPS 4 and is Located on the Turtle Bay Resort! You can use the Ocean Villas pool and Jacuzzi, park for free, and pay no resort fees! You can also use most of the Turtle Bay Resort Amenities for a fee. You have FREE access to the 12 miles of hiking and biking trails, the beach volleyball court, and the luau shows located at the Resort’s pool bar! *(Amenities subject to change without notice per Turtle Bay Resort; you can rent a cabana or daybed to use the Turtle Bay Resort hotel's pool, and you can purchase gym access. The Ocean Villas have their own Heated Pool and Jacuzzi.)

From this Ocean Villa at Turtle Bay, you have dramatic ocean views, quick access to the ocean, pool, and BBQs, and the privacy to keep your doors and windows open all night in this second-floor villa! It has a serene lanai where you can see the ocean, pool and all the tiki torches lighting the grounds at night!

This villa is great for honeymooners, families, or couples looking to get away! If you need additional space, you can rent both this villa and its adjoined 3-Bedroom villa 203 making this a large 4-bedroom villa. Photographs are of the actual villa.

- We include paper towels, napkins, tissue, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, and mini hotel sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bath soap. All your soft linens, and bath and beach towels are included as well!

There is a beach locker included with:

Easy communications with host, wonderful location with unbeatable ocean views. Very clean unit and quiet property. Convenient resort amenities next door if you want to grab coffee, go to dinner, or pick up stuff at their convenience store.

directions (on getting there, gate access codes, locker with gear) were all on point. room and amenities as described. you can saunter the beach grounds of turtle bay for wicked views with less people. hale'iwa would be about a 20 minute drive away.

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location and the villa was excellent with everything we needed for a great vacation.I would like to see them upgrade the bed and the linens, as the bed made noises every time you moved and the quality of the linens and towels was not what I would expect from a property of this caliber.The only disappointing thing for us was we were on a golf vacation and didn’t find out that the golf courses were closed the week we were there until it was too late to change our plans.

Property and condo were beautiful. Condo had gorgeous views and it was very comfortable. It was well stocked and we are already planning a return trip. One issue we had is that the A/C was extremely loud when it kicked on and we could hear water dripping when it turned off. Other than that the rental was perfect.

Overall we had a good stay, the property location is amazing, and accommodations were good. A few things that could have been better: the A/C can’t be turned below 72, so if you like to sleep in cooler conditions that isn’t possible. Also, when the A/C turns on it is very loud, so it woke us up when it would run in the evenings. Also, the built in microwave wasn’t working so they put a small countertop unit in the kitchen which took up valuable counter space (kitchen is small), so if you like to cook during your stay it is possible but not easy to prepare food. But the view out the balcony, the snorkel/beach gear and the proximity to turtle bay made it a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nothing compares to the north shore of Oahu and the Turtle Bay Resort is incredible. The villas provided the benefits of a home setting, but our villa was somewhat disappointing. A major factor was the misrepresentation of the bedroom privacy screen - mgmt admitted broken for some time, but picture and description remained on website. The furnishings and bed/bedding are worn, without any extra blankets. Fortunately we had only 2 people, and the kitchenette sufficed, but could see a challenge for a family. Appreciated the extra supplies of paper products. Suggest attention to flooring - bathroom is stained and dirty, kitchen tile is chipped and rug is stained/worn. The location and amenities are excellent - it could have been awesome.

The property is clean and a walkable distance to Turtle Bay Resort. The amenities inside were nice. I especially liked that there was a high chair and toddler sippy cups available in the villa. I also liked that there was clear instructions on the villa listing and in the room on check in and out procedure. I look forward to another booking at this property in the future!
