Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely place to stay - the outdoor areas are stunning, especially the infinity pool looking out across the gorgeous landscape. The outdoor seating area is fantastically well equipped as well as the BBQ area, and nice touches with the waterfall cascading down too. The accommodation is great too - equipped well and with a nice rustic charm. Roberto was fantastic - really friendly and accommodating, and thanks for the bottles of wine too - they were very much appreciated!! Would love to come back in the future and would highly recommend!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I would highly recommend these apartments! I am already missing the sun, pool and views! A typical Italian apartment, in lovely grounds with spectacular views both day and night! Although there are six apartments, it is never busy and is a very relaxing place to stay! The owner Roberto was very helpful, especially on our arrival, when he came and got us when we were lost! He also provided us with a hamper that was a perfect start to the holiday! As the apartments are on the top of a hill I would highly recommend a car! The town of Spoleto is only a very short distance, with supermarkets, shops, very nice Ice-cream shops, restaurants....and well worth a visit. the old town is beautiful. The apartments are also a good base for visiting Umbria, worth a visit to Spello, Assisi, Perugia, Marmote Falls to name a few... It also only a train ride away from Rome so very easy to visit the city! I would certainly recommend staying here, it made a perfect base for a fantastic holiday! the Jackson Family
