It was a great location with a lot of support from the host.

This property was in an extremely accessible location and was just what we needed for our trip. The host was very sweet and kind and we appreciated the drinks and snacks left for us.

Great host, excellent location

The apartment is good, with a great location near Plaza St. Marcos. It was clean and well-equipped, and the owner kindly provided some food and sodas, which we appreciated. We also enjoyed good Wi-Fi and a nice TV. The only downside is that the apartment is on the third floor, which means there are a lot of stairs to climb, and there is no elevator.

The property is located so close to the Plaza de San Marco, it was a real treat to spend two days in Venice with my family. The staff were responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to families!

We absolutely loved our stay! Monica and Fabio were helpful kind and responsive. The room was everything we needed as a family of 5. Of all the places we stayed in Italy this was best value for money. The washer and dryer were a godsend, the fridge had a few much appreciated drinks and there was even a simple breakfast offered. They were also able to hold our bags after we checked out. We couldn’t have been more pleased and would recommend them to anyone thinking of staying in Venice.

Close to everything, walk to the Saint Mark’s basilica. Received precise directions and easy check in process. Very warm welcome from the host, will definitely book again

An amazing apartment in an amazing location.

This apartment was incredible. The location was PERFECT and close to everything. The host communicated above and beyond with me regarding travel to the apartment. The apartment was a great size and very warm. The bed was so comfortable we slept like a baby. The bathroom is very spacious and has lots of counter space. Thank you Monica and Fabio!!

Loved the property, the detailed appointments for the stay (snacks, drinks), caring hosts. Really great communication with one exception - the details that I was sent to find the door were incorrect and my wife and I walked around dragging our bags for quite a while after a very long 40 hours of travel. The directions mentioned a Gucci and Swarovski store, which are nowhere near the property.

What an amazing location… literally a two minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. Located on the 3rd floor (an admittedly steep stairwell) in the very heart of the San Marco neighborhood, the apartment was fully stocked with absolutely every thing we needed. We loved having a fully stocked kitchen, and were able to pack very lightly thanks to having a laundry washer/dryer in the apartment. It was only a 5 minute walk to all the major water transportation hubs (Alilaguna / Vaporetta / private water taxis) The owners were incredibly responsive to all our questions. We absolutely loved to regularly hear the church bells ringing out from this perfect location. Fabulous restaurants/ gelato just steps away… couldn’t have been happier!

Great Location. A little tricky to find the first time, but the host met us and took us right to it.

The apartment was so easy to find with the detailed instructions from the Manager. The place as clean and just as described. Stairs are not for the weak of heart or LARGE suitcases, but we planned well for our time in Italy! We loved the local cafes in the morning and awesome selection of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. This location is awesome to see most of Venice and we will definitely come back and stay here again!! The snacks and coffee were a lovely treat to start out our stay as well. This property is wonderful. Spacious, sleeping for 5, washer/dryer, drinks in fridge, the host thought of everything. The location is right next to San Marcos square and in easy walking distance to everything. We were so pleasantly surprised and loved our stay.

This apartment that is just a minute’s walk from Piazza San Marco was a great home away from home for our four nights in La Serenissima. Be aware there are three long flights of stairs to go up and down, but we went out in the mornings and most times didn’t return until end of day, so that was not really an issue for us. Management was communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, cleanliness, amenities and host were ideal for our stay. Roomy apartment with large bedroom, fabulous bathroom and “just right” kitchen. The only thing that was tough for us was the stairs with our luggage.

Pack light…dragging luggage in this city is not easy nor getting it up these 3 flights of narrow stairs to the apartment. Great apartment. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It felt secure. They were very accommodating and left us several snacks and the air conditioning works well. Many shops and restaurants just outside the door. Very centrally located.
