Spectacular views of the Presidio, USD & fireworks

This property was the perfect location for our son’s college move-in—thank you for making it a comfortable stay. I also really appreciated having access to the laundry room—it was a big help.

Great home base for what San Diego has to offer!

We appreciated having the ability to convert the living room into a 3rd sleeping area, as our family of four with a teenage boy and pre-teen girl needs some extra privacy. We also really liked having dedicated off-street parking. We took advantage of the rooftop terrace for fireworks viewing, and thought the location was a great home base for our various activities. We also really liked being within walking distance to a MTS Trolley station, as that’s the best way to get to a Padres game.

Great little place, convenient to Old Town. Very comfortable beds. Very good and almost immediate communication. Nice little area of San Diego. Thank you for a clean, comfortable, cute and affordable condo for 5 (or 6)!

Excellent location, clean and convenient. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Has all the necessities. Jimmy was a great communicator and terrific to work with. The rooftop deck was wonderful and great to view Sea World fireworks. The privacy collapsable wall made for a 3rd bedroom when we needed it. Would definitely recommend and would for sure stay here again.

It was great. Busy long days chasing kids. Very comfortable and nice place to end the day and unwind.

Centrally located to everything we were doing. The unit had everything we needed and was as described. Nice neighborhood, easy parking in driveway.

This condo was clean, had more than enough linens & pillows and was in great location very close to everything. We would stay here again if we come back to San Diego

This place was perfect for our family of four adults and a baby. It was close to the zoo, balboa Park, beaches and lots of restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and a travel crib and high chair were provided.

This is such a great place to stay Out of all the places we have stayed this was our favorite . We all loved the roof tops views. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. I contacted the owner and he was quick to answer my question. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in San Diego.

This is the upper unit at the location. Nice 2 bedroom with little LR and good kitchen space. Some concerns upon checking in yet the owner was very quick to respond and address all of my concerns which was appreciated.Location fit my needs. Appreciated the off street parking for one vehicle.Thank you.

We decided to rent Jimmy’s rental for a little anniversary getaway. The place was great, very clean and cozy. It felt like coming home. It was also very close to the San Diego Zoo which was great. I would recommend this little apartment to my family and friends.

I was disappointed the place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the furniture wasn’t in good condition. The microwave handle was broken and the table was very stained. Stayed in Airbnbs all over the world and I have to say this one was disappointing.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location.We appreciate the quiet neighborhood and convenient location. The unit is a good size for us and having a kitchen is a plus. The manager is communicative and attentive.

The house was basic but worked for us, the location was perfect so close to everything and where we needed to be everyday! The house cleaner was such a wonderful person, and the neighbors were amazing as well.

We loved staying here. We were able to check in a little early. When we checked in though, there were a few things that weren’t clean, but were easy enough to clean on our own though. I don’t know if it was because we rushed the cleaners or if they just forgot those few things. Jimmy, the owner, was excellent to communicate with us. The only real problem was the pull out sofa. It was very small and not very comfortable or clean. But we just went to Target and grabbed an air bed. Just make sure to lock up when you leave. Thanks so much for a great stay!
