Spectacular Ocean View! Great Location On 30A King Bed ,Newly Remodeled!

Beautiful place to stay. The only thing I had a problem with was there wasn’t a separate switch for the ceiling fan/light. I have to have a fan on while sleeping. I burned up all week and didn’t sleep.

The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The property owner is excellent about communication. The property is conveniently located. The room itself is comfortable and has a marvelous view of the Gulf and beach. Parking is plentiful. The television appears to have every channel/subscription you can ask for.

I loved that it wasn’t too far from anything you’d want to do. A coffee shop and restaurants are directly beneath you, in addition to some local shops. The beach was a 2-minute walk away. Even if you wanted to visit some other towns, they weren’t too far away either.

We LOVED the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach access was so so easy to use and the view is gorgeous for the price!!

Couldn't have found a better condo in Santa Rosa beach. Excellent communication and the condo is beautiful. The short walk to the beach was awesome. I will definitely be staying again.

Our unit was just as promised. We found the bed comfortable and the condo clean. There were lots of amenities nearby. It was a great beach getaway.

The room was clean and attractively decorated and had a wonderful view of the water. There was no sink however so we were limited in the breakfast food we could eat. It wasn’t possible to wash dishes except in the bathroom. I would describe it as a very nice hotel room, not as a studio apartment.

Everything was done well. Great views. Very convenient.

It’s a lovely studio apartment and the only reason for not giving it a 5 was the inconvenience of not having internet service. I realize that it is not the fault of the owner, but perhaps the property management could have been more proactive.

Me and my husband took a 4 day trip to seaside and I was not thrilled by our stay. The building we stayed in was extremely stale and there was a unit for each floor but the one on our floor was not running for some reason. As for the unit itself, there were a few issues. Dirty pillow on bed, shower head was dirty with shower rack that was also dirty with soap scum left from probably the last guest.My husband and I LOVE to sit out on the balcony, we could not sit on the balcony cause there were no chairs (not the host fault) but for someone who is booking and spending money on a place to stay at the beach, I do enjoy sitting on the balcony early in the morning or late at night and we could not. Although the unit was not as clean as I’d like, the host was very attentive to my concerns which I appreciated.

It is located in a very nice, quiet and safe location. There are many restaurants in walking distance. Our favorites were The Perfect Pig and Goatfeathers. The room is perfect for two and nicely decorated. The beach is just across the street.

Best thing i can say is we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Great location in Santa Rosa! The beach is across the street and easy access. Shops are located on first floor with coffee and shopping. Shunk Gulley is across the street with delicious food and drinks. Parking was never a problem. I wished there had been chairs on the balcony to have morning coffee. The bed was very comfy!

Great weekend trip.

My husband and I spent 4 days at this lovely condo. We rented a car but only moved it to go to church. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. It was relaxing, quiet, and very comfortable. We would recommend this as a perfect getaway spot. The owner was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to all our questions.

We had a lovely stay here. It's a studio with a bedroom and bathroom, refreshing and low key and charming and clean looking beachy decor. There is a balcony that has good water views, blocked somewhat by a building but still very nice! There is a mini fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Just perfect as we didn't care about cooking but there were enough supplies to have simple meals. What a location! The beautiful beach is across the street at a private entrance. There are shops and restaurants on the same block. We didn't get in the car again once we arrived. Jen, the owner, was excellent. She was very responsive to a couple of questions in the month before we arrived, and with a question or two once we were there. There are clear instructions in her information in the apartment and in the emails from her. The bed was comfortable and there was good closet and drawer space. The TV had tons of channels! We would definitely go back, and would recommend this as a great place for a couple to unwind and relax in a beautiful setting.

Really nice place in a convenient and beautiful area. Accurate description with easy parking. Convenient to restaurants and private beach access just across the street. Owner communications and contact/instructions very easy.

Loved staying above all the great restaurants and shops….we didn’t have to drive anywhere! Everyone was so friendly…..we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Easy free parking, clean, just steps away from the beach, beautiful view, perfect location, great coffee shop below, & very comfortable bed! The beachHOUSH was all around great! Highly recommend… my wife & I are still trying to figure out the large wooden sign over the balcony door that’s spells BEACHHOUSH haha!

This is the 2nd time booking this room. Nicely decorated and the bed is comfy! Awesome views.
