Pros Location and good communications and internet worked well Cons Too many steps within the unit - one small step to washroom and within washroom there is a step to bidet and then a big step to shower room without a handle. Unsafe for seniors. There is an elevator but you have to go up 10 more uneven steps to the unit. Not good for seniors. There is a kitchen section with equipments but it is just good enough for breakfast with boiled eggs and toast. I don’t recommend to any seniors. TV didn’t work.

This was a fantastic little apartment in an incredible location near Piazza Navona. Perfect for walking everywhere. We would highly recommend and would stay again when in Rome. Thank you Olivia.

Lovely clean apartment close to all of the sights of Rome, easy entry via key safe, steps to property as it’s on upper floor but there is a lift for most of the way. Nice large shower, wc and bidet available. Clean fresh towels and all you need for a short stay in the beautiful city. Thanks to the host who was easily contactable and friendly.

I highly recommend this accommodation! It is truly in the heart of Rome….convenient to many major attractions and yet quiet and off the main street. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with everything we needed, and the tiny kitchen served our needs perfectly This apartment is spotlessly clean and the neighborhood safe. It is easy to connect with the hostess if necessary.

Olivia’s place was in a great location, clean and mostly quiet. She made us aware that she would be on a trip but her responsiveness was very slow, especially when the entry key broke and we had to rely on her to buzz us in our first day and a half. The water heater had an odd issue where it would only work after you flushed the toilet, but lucky we figured it out!

The room is centrally located with an easy walk to major sites. The host, Olivia, was very responsive and helpful.

Overall it was a pretty good experience! The location is phenomenal - the Vatican & other Rome tourist spots easily within walking distance or short taxi ride. There are even a restaurant, a grocery store, a church and a taxi hub right next door. Also, Olivia, our host, was super helpful and communicative. She often checked up on us about our stay. The apartment was clean and felt secure even with it being the center of Rome. If there were any improvements that would be made, we would say that it would be nice to have a few more kitchen utensils (spatula, smaller frying pan, cutting board, chef's knife), and to make sure to clean the refrigerator and under the toilet. We also wish that there were a couple more trash bins for the various recycling categories. This all being said, this apartment is a very nice choice for a safe, comfortable vacation in Rome!

The apartment was what it promised. Clean, fairly quiet, in the old quarter of Rome near everything. The bed was comfortable, and Olivia gave us some great recommendations. The apartment could have been slightly better equipped. It needs hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on near the shower. Also the very basic kitchen, could use a spatula and little spoons (there were only soup spoons). Also extra garbage bags for people like us staying a little longer. Otherwise, it was fine, comfortable, one big room.

My wife and I had a great stay at this property.It was very comfortable and centrally located.Several great restaurants near by and a taxi stand close as well.We highly recommend this property.

Olivia went above and beyond to point us to less popular things to do on a very busy weekend. The unit contains all that you need and the location is quiet. Yet steps away are restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and shopping. Highly recommend!

This flat is in a fantastic location. We stayed for a quick 3 day visit to Rome and were able to walk to everything. The communication with host is very clear and accomodating.

We loved Olivia’s apartment which was just what we needed after a day of wondering around Rome. A great location to get to all the popular tourist spots, and anything else you want to see. There is so much to see and enjoy from just stepping out of the building. The local alley ways are full of interesting food places and little stores. A relaxing hubbub of daily life goes on around you during the day and yet amazingly quiet at night after closing time. We would definitely stay here again.

We started our trip with four nights in Rome. The host Olivia was very helpful with all our questions. The location was perfect being close to most of the sites we wanted to see but not too crowded.

The location of this unit was perfect for a quick tour of Rome. This was our first visit to Rome and we could walk to all the major tourist sites from this address. It is located in a busy area, right next to a good restaurant, and 25 M from a taxi stop. The unit was clean, quiet, spacious, and easy to find. We didn't meet the host but didn't need to. We communicated via Whats app and found the host quick to respond and the directions to access the room were clear and easy to follow. We had a great stay and highly recommend this unit.

We loved our stay! The location is amazing, apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and Olivia is an excellent host who also helped us with airport transportation. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet in the evening. The charm of the historic building added to our enjoyment. 10/10 recommend. Cafe Novocentro a few minutes walk is excellent any time of day.

Olivia was an amazing and gracious host. She was easy to reach and very responsive. Her appartment extremely clean and was amazingly well located. We didnt need to a take bus or metro. We were able to walk to all major attractions. 5 min to piazza Navona and Pantheon..15 min to Castel Sant Angelo..and 30 min to Vatican and Colosseum. There was so much to see along the way that you didnt even feel the longer walks. Travelled with my husband and children 11 and 13 and they did not complain once. The appartment was in walking distance of many restaurants. Would definitely come back to stay at Olivia's next time we are in Rome!

My adult daughter and I spent some time in Italy and stayed 4 nights in Rome as she had never previously visited the city. We found our accommodation was situated in a very convenient area and was incredibly secure. We walked everywhere and found many places for meals and coffee that were not on the usual tourist trail. Thank goodness!! We enjoyed a couple of meals in the restaurant right next door. Very handy. The studio is fine for 2 people, but would be somewhat cosy for more. Many thank to Olivia, she was most helpful.
