Spazio Panieri was born as a theater.
Since 2016 it has taken on new life:
a raw space was the canvas to create a place where everyone felt at home in the heart of Rome.
Three double suites overlooking an internal garden and a warm wooden apartment with a
fireplace in the center, encapsulate the passion and painstaking research of materials, colors and
atmospheres.

A unique place, perfect for your holidays, for your events. Spazio Panieri, in the center of
Rome, offers an airy living room complete with elegant sofas and a fireplace. The beautiful kitchen is
Ideal for sharing, while three Orient-themed suites with private bathrooms and a spa
complete with sauna, whirlpool and emotional shower are ready to pamper you.

In the same structure is our second loft.
This small private loft of ours, which is accessed from the garden via a spiral staircase, delightfully furnished, guarantees
even more privacy for a unique stay. Inside
You will find a kitchen just for you, a double bedroom with bathroom and a complete living room
sofa bed and fireplace.
Please note that the second independent apartment is a loft consisting of a mezzanine room overlooking the living room where there is a sofa bed. For a matter of privacy, we recommend it for this reason to a family.

Other things to keep in mind
Our structure can accommodate up to 11 people divided as follows.

-Main structure
up to 7 (6+1) people
In one of the three bedrooms, the largest, it will be possible to add a single folding bed (similar to a cot but very comfortable).

- In the second independent apartment we can accommodate another 3/4 people. In fact, there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a double mezzanine bedroom.

We would like to point out that the mezzanine bedroom overlooks the living room where the sofa bed is located. For a matter of privacy, we recommend it for this reason to a family
