Spacious university area home with a park side view, one mile away from SU.

Make the wifi pass more obvious. Beds were comfortable. Working through Vrbo to get messages to owner was awkward. Many basic needs were thought of, careful details. I would try this house again.

Perfect spot for a trip to Syracuse and especially SU!

Shane's property is very clean, well kept, comfortable and conveniently located near good coffee and excellent restaurants. We will certainly book here again if he'll have us.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. I traveled with my English Bulldog (who has tiny legs) and the sliding door out to the backyard with no steps was a huge plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was also fantastic! We had breakfast at a great cafe less than a mile away and spent time in the beautiful park across the street. We look forward to returning and would recommend the space without hesitation.

The house was ok, but not worth the 400 for one night

We were very happy with our stay at this property. Communication was clear, quick, and responsive. The location was great, close to Syracuse U and not far from most things in the area, right across the street from a park, so the view was good, too. The place is lightly furnished, similar to a bachelor pad, but for us it worked great. We didn't need a lot as it was a home base for things in and around Syracuse. It had everything we needed from dishes to beds to access to a nice washer/dryer. We definitely would stay here again.

This charming VRBO offered a delightful stay. The interior was spacious and beautifully decorated with tasteful colors and furnishings, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. We especially loved the cozy living room with its soft pillows and throws, and appreciated the large TVs in both the living area and the bedrooms. The convenience of walking out to a backyard space was a plus. Inside, we were pleased to find plenty of fluffy towels and a well-equipped kitchen that included a K-cup maker with coffee pods. Check-out was easy, simply requiring us to strip the beds. The location is also great, being directly across the street from a park with a walking path and playground, offering a pleasant view, even if the park itself is mostly open grass with few trees. Overall, we had a pleasant and easy stay.

Great apartment off a nice park. Well maintained and clean. Comfortable beds and couches. Close to our campus tours, Westcott restaurant area and downtown Syracuse.

We rented this home to house some of our employees while working in the area. Communication with owner was instant. Please was perfect, clean and nice. We will be back.
