Pros: It was all you would expect if compared to a 2.5 Star Rated Motel room. To list decor and conditions would be nit picking. Cons: 1.Failure to disclose proximity to airport flight path. Flights all day (every 10-20 min), less after midnight. Planes overhead approx 1000feet. Can see runway. Room comes with 3 pr of ear plugs. 2. Hot water takes 4 minutes to reach temperature. 3. Pseudo equipped kitchenette, 2x2 end table, no dining table, desk, or chair. Bed is only seat available. 4. Ceiling extremely thin. Can hear all footsteps, talking, snoring from room above. 5. No incredible view of Balboa Park. Can see side of facing hill. 6. Exhaust fan in bath, inoperable. 7. Single electric outlet in bath. inoperable. 8.Pet friendly. Dog barked all day. Complained, told to fill out form on internet. 9. Mini ironing board, broken. 10. Dinnerware, some filthy. 11. Short mattress, approx 6 ft or less in length.

The property was never very spacious clean, great centralized location, near easy fwy access in which direction, convenient for my stay, loved the balcony, people at front desk helped if I needed any information. Contacting the host or ability to seek assistance online was a challenge, other then that it was an amazing stay I can’t wait to rebook.

I needed a solo get away and this was perfect, right next to the park, easy parking, coffee shops and even found an amazing yoga studio nearby

I was very disappointed when i got there. I wrote to the property manager to ask if they had stairs because i have a dog with 3 legs that i was bringing that could not do stairs and this place has no elevators. He told me my apartment would be on the ground floor. When i got there he said i was on the 3rd floor. I was very upset because my dog cant go up stairs. He then let me have an apartment on ground level but made me check out of that room the next day and check into another room upstairs the next day. I had to leave at 10 and come back at 3 for a room that was paid for. He would not refund my money even though i did not get what i paid for. The neighborhood was awful. We had one guy that kept trying to break into the gate outside of our patio. Stay away from this property.

We came to SD to celebrate our anniversary, I feel like if I would have picked a different location we would have had a completely different experience. The airplane noise didn't bother me as much as all of the homeless activity around the unit

The property was clean and large enough for one person. The physical location is right across from balboa park (but I would not call it an “incredible” view), which is convenient for an array of attractions. That’s basically all the good things about it. The neighborhood smells of urine and is right below the flight path of the airport. Every 7-10 minutes there is a plane coming into land and it is LOUD. Even in the middle of the night there are aircrafts flying over head, just at a less frequent interval. There is also a lot of street traffic and sirens throughout the day and night. The walls are also quite thin and you can hear the neighbors coming and going and some even drumming. Overall, would not recommend
