Stayed Jul 27, 2025Wonderful apartment next to the ocean, restaurants and shops. Very clean with well stocked kitchen. We loved that it had a balcony to sit out on and you could hear and see the ocean. The hosts were amazing and very easy to communicate with. We stayed 12 nights and they even came in half way through to clean our apartment and give us new sheets and towels. We didn’t have a car, but there was plenty of parking which was very difficult for most of our friends that rented other places in the area. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024I stayed at this appartment for 9 days with my two daughters and we really enjoyed it. The appartement has plenty of space, is clean, comfortable and is highly functional with kitchen amenities and a large shower and bathroom. You can see and ear the ocean from the balcony and it is located within few minutes of walking distance from the natural pools which are a great way to swim into the ocean without being full of sands. Lagoa is in the middle of the island which allows to drive everywhere in a short time. It is 5 minutes drive from a supermarket, 15 minutes from Ponta Delgaga and 15 minutes drive from some of the nicest beach. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with mostly local people. The hosts Lev and Jelena are highly amiable and responsive and are always happy to provide tips and info about the island and best places to visit. I highly recommend this appartment for anyone visiting Sao-Miguel!

Stayed Aug 31, 2023A very nice apartment close to the ocean, restaurants, a pool, and grocery stores. A 5 minute walk to a black sand beach. Apartment has a balcony with ocean views. Nice place. I'd stay there again.
