SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM RIVERFRONT APARTMENT

We spent the week of the 4th at this amazing property, and fell in love with it. The amazing outdoor space, comfortable accommodations, great spot on the water, friendly community, the list goes on. We spent 90% of our time outdoors and our dog even learned how to swim here! We cannot wait to go back, we missed it the minute we left.

This property has many good points. The location and view over the river was fantastic! The space was great and being able to have our dog made it even better. It has all of the necessities to do your own cooking. Having in place washer and dryer was great. The bed and bathroom linens are in need of updating. The bedcover is very worn with many holes in it. Several of the towels are also worn from use with one actually splitting in the middle while in use. The big disappointment came the beginning of our last week when a large cockroach ran across the living room floor. It was nearly the end of our stay before the unit was sprayed. When one pays the amount of money paid to rent this unit for a month it is expected this would not be a concern. It certainly made the last week less than enjoyable. Being told it was a water bug was insulting. Tried to catch the manager in the office but she was never there during the hours posted to discuss the cockroach. Had been in contact with the housekeeper. We did finally contact manager through messaging.

As advertised, a solid rental with a great view. We enjoyed our stay!

This was perfect for us. We loved the rental and are already planning our stay for next year for a longer stay. Alicia and Joyce are the best!!!

I really can’t say enough great things about this property! From the communication with the owners to the other visitors/tenants it was a 10/10 all around. The there is a beautiful water view from pretty much every window and the deck…wow! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

My wife and I stayed here with our two little pups for a week and had an awesome time! The unit was well kept, nicley decorated and provided all the essentials for our visit. The expansive deck is a great ammenity as well as the private beach area. Onsite staff was a pleasure to deal with, both Alicia (property manager) amd Tim (maintenance tech) were friendly and made sure our stay was up to par. Give this place a shot if you are considering staying in Bullhead. We will be back!

Family loved the place, Angela was very responsive and loved the comfortable beds and great floor plan. Would recommend to others and def would come back here

Excellent location for visiting family in Arizona and Southern Nevada. Nicely appointed condo with a view of the river and natural area on the other side.
