Spacious one-bedroom beach apartment on Singer Island

The unit is in a great location steps away from the beach, bars and restaurants. The pool was heated, clean, and enjoyable. The place was clean and generally had the basics. Some items that would have made the stay more comfortable: more clothes hangers, salt & pepper, coffee (other than decaf), sugar, and cooking oil.

Great location and great property. This is part of an apartment or condo complex. The on-site property manager was fantastic. The location was great (4 minute walk to restaurants and bars and about 5 minutes to the water). Couldn’t ask for more. There was plenty of parking and a heated pool too! The only things I can say can use improvement were the doors sticking inside the unit (hard to close the bedroom and bathroom door) and there was only a closet, no drawers for clothes. I would not hesitate to stay again though. I highly recommend this property!

Great location if you are wanting to dive at Blue Heron. Access to lots of dining and close to beaches. Communication with the owner was disappointing and not what I expected based on reviews. Not responsive at check in. We ended up calling VRBO several hours past check in time to get code. Tried to get late checkout and no response to message I had sent the night before. Literally replied 5 min prior to check out time and said no....we already had left.

This place is awesome. Amazing location for our trip. We were dicked at HAVN Yacht Club, but wanted a room for overnight. It is a short walk from the club. Also, very close to restaurants and shoppers. Five stars. Will definitely be back. Great communication. As well

Very clean place. The host was very prompt with communication. The neighbors are friendly and there was a cat that roamed around in the evening that was also friendly. We were in close walking distance to the ocean and many restaurants and shops.

Would have rated a five but did not have working pool for entire 12 day stay. That was disappointing.

Great place to stay! My flight got canceled and I was panicked and messaged the manager and he was so helpful and let me stay another night at a great price.

Over all we had a good time. The apartment is nice and clean. Everything that we needed was there. I would suggest more than 1 roll of toilet paper. The only down fall was the neighbor above the apartment we heard alot of walking and sounded like furniture being moved around late at night. I was woken up atv4am by movement above me.
