-I have one bedroom apartment very close to the beach ( a walking distance 50 minutes ). This apartment comes fully furnished with laundry section(washer and dryer ready for use - No coin needed)
-The apartment is in the back of my business where I have some offices, entrance from the alley. It has its own private entry door, with a shared entrance .
- I usually keep it for visitors and guests, but since I have none coming soon, so I thought about renting it out. It can accommodate 4guests.
-Its master bedroom has a new bedroom set ( with a queen bed)+ closet + bathroom + fire place as a decoration. Also it has leather couch set at the living area. It has a big basic tv. Plus I have a high chair and a play bin for little kids too if needed. The kitchen is full of its essential .
- Has extra queen size air mattress for extra guests.
-No pets allowed. No indoor smoking.
-The location of the apartment is the west side of Culver City. It's very near by Venice beach (2.6 miles away).
- There is a discount for a week or more of staying

This was a hideous property and we left early. The description didn't include any mention of the fact there were NO windows. It was like living in a cave. There was only 1 door into the unit and it was behind the dumpster in the alley. The unit appeared to be an add-on behind a martial arts studio. No mention of that in the description either. No windows and only 1 exit are not to building code for a safe residence. Additionally there was no mention of the fact that you CANNOT PUT TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET.! Seriously! We caution anyone looking at this to reconsider and not believe the pictures and know there is ALOT missing in the description. .

The only issue at the property was the very long time it took to get hot water at the kitchen and bathroom faucets. The shower hot water came quickly. Otherwise the apartment was as presented in the listing.
