Welcome to our delightful two-bedroom, one-full-bathroom apartment perfectly situated next to the picturesque Bannerman Park and the recently restored historic Colonial Building in an excellent area of downtown St. John's! The location gives endless opportunities to explore local shops, indulge in culinary delights, and immerse yourself in the vibrant arts and entertainment scene. This charming apartment offers a comfortable and stylish stay, with numerous recent upgrades.

Bannerman Park is just a 3 minute walk from the house. Bannerman park is the largest park in St. John's and includes a ballfield, playground, pool & splashpad, walking trails, open spaces to have a picnic or just relax and even an outdoor skating trail in the winter months.

The newly restored Colonial Building is just a 2 minute walk from the house. The Colonial Building is a provincial historic site that was built in 1850 and was home to Newfoundland and Labrador's Legislative Assembly. The building has recently underwent extensive renovations and now again open to the public for tours.

Signal Hill is a 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the house. Signal Hill is a very popular tourist destination for hiking and the beautiful views that can be seen from the lookout.

A lot of popular shops, restaurants and pubs can be found on Duckworth Street, Water Street and George Street. The walking distances to these streets from the house are:

    Great location, clean and well managed. Only downfall was the homeless fellow living outside our front door daily on the sidewalk. Outside appearance could use some upgrading. Dog next door a bit loud at times.
