Located on West Anderson Street, this home is perfectly positioned on the edge of Savannah’s Historic District, offering an ideal blend of local charm and walkability. Just a short stroll from Forsyth Park, one of the city’s most iconic attractions. Enjoy a stroll through the infamous Savannah Farmers Markets on Saturday mornings. You’ll also find yourself within easy reach of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. The neighborhood is more of a residential feel, while still keeping you close to the beauty, history, and energy that embody Savannah.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from this central location. Many of Savannah’s top sights, including Forsyth Park, are within walking distance. The Historic District is very pedestrian-friendly, making it ideal for exploring on foot. For longer distances, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and biking is also a popular way to see the city.



Savannah is wonderfully walkable, and this location makes it easy to explore at your own pace. You’re just a 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) or 3-minute drive to Forsyth Park.



Head north to River Street in about a 25–30 minute walk (1.2 miles) or 5–8 minute drive, where you’ll find waterfront views, shops, and restaurants along the Savannah River.



The vibrant Starland District, known for its local art scene, coffee shops, and dining, is just a 5–8 minute drive (1.5 miles) or about a 25-minute walk.

Please note this is a ground level apartment situated below the main home. The main home is also used as a vacation rental and you may hear people above walking around from time to time. As with many homes in Savannah’s Historic District, you may occasionally experience normal city sounds (road noise, emergency vehicles, sirens, trains, ship horns, trash trucks, neighbors, etc).
