The kitchen is fully stocked for foodies with retro appliances, microwave, toaster oven, griddle, coffee maker, instant pot, crock pot, nutra bullet, popcorn maker, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses/decanter, cups, mugs, knives, cutting boards and more.

The bedroom has wall to wall and floor to ceiling closet space for ample storage. Plenty of hangers and shelf space inside. There are also 4 additional drawers in the nightstands and 2 drawers under the bed. The shade closes for privacy while allowing natural light to flow through, and the curtains help black out the room for a great nights sleep on the ultra comfy plush mattress.

The bathroom has a large walk in shower with a handy bench. The hall closet is stocked with plush towels and washcloths. Basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The building features one assigned parking space but street parking is also available for additional guests. There is a communal locked storage room with bike racks for locking bicycles and scooters. 2 bicycles are included with the rental. There is also a community laundry room with paid machines. The rates are far better than the laundromat and you can pay by app (no quarters!)

The location is central to the historic communities of North Park, Hillcrest, and University Heights. Walk or bike to some of San Diego's best bars and restaurants, the Zoo and Balboa Park, farmers markets, and boutiques. There is something for everyone!
