This apartment is situated in one of Milwaukee`s most historic buildings with architectural features that include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, arched windows, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole.

Sleeping arrangements:
The space comfortably sleeps four with a comfy Queen bed in each bedroom and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Amenities:
Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, dining table that seats four, in-unit laundry, Keurig, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole.

Location:
- In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave
- 5 minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($500 min. fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business

    Super adorable place that was perfect for our stay. However, when we arrived the towels smelled like weed and then later in the day the whole apartment smelt like it. I’m assuming it was from one of the neighbors through the vents. It was not a big deal but something to note for future stayers. Also the coat rack on the wall as you walk in is not stable whatsoever, completely fell off the wall after hanging up 2 jackets due to really small screws. Limited hot water and super dim lighting in one of the bedrooms to the point we had to use our phone flashlights to find stuff in our luggage. Despite those minor inconveniences we had a lovely time in Milwaukee and would love to visit again! Would probably stay somewhere else next time though.

    What a cool place to stay in a great city! The building has many amenities and our unit specifically was clean, spacious and modern. The location was fabulous ! There was an adorable coffee shop a block away and multiple bars within walking distance. We walked to almost everything we did. Highly recommend staying at this place—great price , great location and great vibe!
