Welcome to your own historic hideaway in downtown Galveston– with lofted ceilings, original exposed brick walls and loads of natural light, Market Loft A is a pure delight. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private balcony, the second bedroom has a twin/full/queen bunk bed. Restaurants, bars and shops are a quick walk away. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base foryour trip. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: Free and paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Surveillance Camera: There is 1 camera on the exterior of the building overlooking the entrance. We have 2 cameras in the hallways leading to the apartment entrances.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 5 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
