Stayed Nov 26, 2025Thanksgiving at the Lake. Beautiful home right on the water…. Amazing dock to sit on and enjoy the scenery. House was stocked with plenty of appliances and cookware. We cooked our turkey and dressing there. Beds are comfy. The game room with pool table was an extra. Loved hiking the trails at HSV. Highly recommend the house.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The place was very nice and we enjoyed our time there. There is only couple of things that I feel need improvement. The patio furniture had no cushions on them and we were unable to use the chairs to sit outside the home. There was no cover over the patio for shade during the day. There were very high grass(weeds) in the back area. It could have been cleaned up and made nicer looking. The last thing that would be an improvement is a better grill to cook on. The one there was a $25 little grill from Walmart.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We were impressed with how large this ended up being there was more than enough room for our family. My teenage son and my grandsons really enjoyed playing pool when the sun went down and they could no longer be outside. Great view of The lake from almost every room in this unit❤️ I noticed some reviews talked about bugs outdoors. We did not have a particular issue with this.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Swimming and fishing on property at the dock which was fantastic for us. Not too far from the beach which was fantastic as well. The washer and dryer take forever and there is no dishwasher but we managed. Very beautiful decor and beds were pretty good.

Stayed May 24, 2024We had a fabulous weekend stay. Most gorgeous scenery great community, very peaceful. It was just like a home away from home. Great residence, great scenery, very secluded even though in village type setting. We hope to come again in the near future;

Stayed Mar 10, 2024This property exceeded our expectations. Such a perfect spot to relax on the water and have a peaceful getaway. We enjoyed everything about this place; from playing on the pool table, swimming, fishing and kayaking off of the pier and then grabbing dinner downtown Hot Springs or grilling at the house while watching the sunset, it was perfect. Hopefully we’ll be able to enjoy this property again some time soon. Thank you for the best spring break!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Loved the views & awesome to be on the lake! Lots of room in the house & loved having the pool table! Everything you need is provided here. Thank you for letting us borrow your home. :) My only suggestion would be to provide more extermination for spiders/spider webs outside.

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Could have provided a little more extermination of spiders/pests, but we so very much enjoyed ourselves! Very accommodating host, very homey place, we caught a fish over by the dam!
