Spacious Lakefront Apt w/ Deck in Fayetteville!

The host was welcoming and helpful when I had questions. The house was beautiful, clean and will equipped. The only thing missing during our stay was a microwave. Lovely place

The home inside was clean. Everything was older and could use a good painting. Massive stains on the master mattress- quite disgusting. The home worked well for our size family. Very disappointed and felt totally misrepresented with the yard. It was so disgusting with a trashed pool with torn cover and brown water mess in bottom of pool. It looks like the yard has not been mowed, or touched for that matter. Major neglect. I was embarrassed for my family members to even be out on the deck. No one could, or would, access the lake, which looked like a pond. A couple days of cleaning would improve this place. It’s obvious someone doesn’t care. Very sad. I will never stay here again!!

They stay was great and home was very spacious. The dish washer was smelly and filled with dirty water,we didn't turn it on or used, was afraid it will overflowed

The location is conveniently close to the airport as well as to a variety of shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful and huge tho could be better maintained. Really needs to be painted. Cobwebs in corners. Mattress badly stained. Opened a drawer in the kitchen to kind open donuts, potato chips and other snacks. Right sink in master bath didn’t drain Dirty water in pool breeding mosquitos and yard in desperate need of landscaping

House was beautiful. The backyard needs some maintenance. The pool should be cover when not in use.

Perfect for Families, much bigger than it looks and the pictures do not capture how beautiful this property actually is. Will book again!

I booked this beautiful home and brought two grandchildren (teens) with me to visit my oldest 19 year old grandson who moved here a year ago and I hadn't seen since. I thought this home would be the PERFECT home for us all to be together for a few days. We had SUCH a great time! The few problems we did have, the property owner took care of immediately and was very accommodating. We will DEFINITELY be back and in fact are coming back this Christmas! The home is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, the perfect place for a family gathering to enjoy each other's company and make magical memories! Can't wait to come back!

The property was as described. The cleanliness was another story. The counters in both the kitchen and the master bathroom were dirty. Light switches were filthy. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. We had to wash dishes prior to using them. The hood over the range didn’t work, and was getting ready to drip there was so much grease on it. The ceiling fans and lights either didn’t both work or you couldn’t have one or the other on. There weren’t any chairs on the deck to use. The property has so much potential, and appears that some things have been updated. I get that renovations take time and that some people can’t afford to fix things all at once, but the cleanliness was to be desired. Communication with the host was literally 1 hour before arrival, and that was it. When I messaged through VRBO to ask a question, I didn’t get an answer about any chairs for the deck. The location was close to everything, which we enjoyed. The dining room had a huge table that we were able to sit at and play card games. The a/c definitely was in good working condition, nice and cool!

This home is beautiful with large bedrooms and large living areas. The lake was beautiful. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The host was very helpful. Overall a 5 star stay. We hope to stay here again.

I love this house. It was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect. It was a perfect location to see my son at Fort Bragg. Would definitely look to stay again if I am ever in the area
