Rented for the weekend with adult sixty plus siblings. Everything was great. There were four of us which made for a stretch because what I thought said two futons was actually a put together sofa that turned into a double bed with creases in the wrong spots for us oldies. So maybe too small for us four, Bit otherwise clean, convenient and nicely done. Called for some assistance and thanks to hosts received a visit. Great stay! Thank you!

We came to Texas for the eclipse event and Austin to see that area. We really liked that neighborhood with beautiful homes and lovely landscaping. It was great to be able to walk to several restaurants, a nice local market and even a museum. The area was so quiet, you would not know you're in a big city. The view from the deck of the incredible lighting storm was wonderful. We really enjoyed our visit to Austin and this place was lovely!

The property is located very conveniently to downtown Austin but a little off the beaten path so more affordable. But yet a fun hood to explore and get to know while being convenient.

We got caught in a bind last week heading to Austin, as our original VRBO was cancelled the night before our arrival. We reserved this place at the last minute and Nina was the most accommodating VRBO host I've encountered. She had the place ready to go for us by the next morning so we were able to check in and not have to worry about carrying our bags around town. The place itself is perfect for 2-3 people and is conveniently located to just about anything you want to do in Austin. It was very clean, well organized, and we had everything we needed. If you reserve this, be sure to check out Quack's bakery just down the street. Amazing pastries and great coffee. Highly recommended this VRBO.
