The Trebetherickis designed for family time. With a large open-plan living dining area opening on to the kitchen, there is ample space for evening boardgames and leisurely breakfasts, or just cosying up after a hard day at the beach. Large French doors open on to the patio, filling the living area with beautiful coastal light.
A hallway leads away from the living area towards the bedrooms, creating a feeling of space and separation between the two. The generous master bedroom has a window to the front giving views to the ocean, and a large ensuite with a shower over bath. The twin bedroom sits at the rear of the apartment and benefits from a large ensuite with shower. There is a WC off the hallway, perfect for guest use.

OUTSIDE SPACE...
To the front of the property is a large, enclosed outside space, purely for the use of the guests at The Trebetherick. The area closest to the apartment is laid to patio with access from the living area, creating a fabulous space for outdoor dining. There is a luscious lawned area with views out to the ocean, a perfect spot to let the kids or dogs run riot!
