Spacious Design Retreat for Groups & Families

This was a great place to stay over the christmas holiday. The apartment was large and spacious with good size rooms and a good size kitchen. The living room was a nice size for my kids to play around in. We went grocery shopping in town with a few store options within walking distance and used the kitchen to cook a few meals. This is a bit removed from the center of town and the train station but it was a quick taxi ride with all our luggage. It was perfect for a mid vacation break, we would stay here again!

Great property with plenty of space for five+ adults. Iggy was a wonderful host and patiently answered all our questions in advance of our arrival. Quiet location, but close to three different bus loops (one right up the street) and within walking distance to main part of Stuttgart.

Asked for an early check-in prior but was adamently denied because they needed time to turn over the property. Sonthen we arrived shortly after the 3:00 check in time ànd had to wait over half an hour because the propèrty was still being cleaned. Property owner comes to the door an hour after to check on the cleaning. Should have all been done before 3:00 check-in, not after we had arrived. Felt a bit envasive and strange.

While traveling through Germany, we spent a night in this very nice apartment. We found it very comfortable and easily met our needs from all perspectives. We had very good communication with the property owner and the checkin/checkout processes were easy. Parking is limited, but we did luckily find a spot on the street and a parking decal is available for tgis purpose. We would stop by here again if visiting Stuttgart again.

Happy to recommend the property. It’s very spacious and had all the mod coms.. Location wise we were a short taxi to volks fest which we went to in the evening.

A great apartment. Easy entry process. Three good sized bedrooms which comfortably accommodated 7 of us. Spacious living area with a beautiful clock. 2 showers and 2 separate toilets all made for easy living. We used the 42 bus to get to and from the main station. Frequent service. Iggy was an excellent host. Danke.

Iggy’s place is great. The aesthetic is beautiful and very clean. The apartment is spacious so you can relax alone or spend time with your friends. As a group of 5 women we really appreciated the bathroom spaces. The apartment comes with a parking pass for on street parking. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and one thing that sets this place apart is the well appointed kitchen. Plenty of dishes and lots of pots and pans. Loved staying here and highly recommend!
