Stayed Dec 25, 2025First the pros, the unit was large with lots of open space, including two large beds in the guest bedroom. The location is great, walking distance to bustling Atlantic Ave. and the beach. The cons. If you're an early riser, great. Construction on the property next door starts at 7 am, the perfect alarm clock. If you're a senior or have young children, there's a steep staircase to get up to the second floor, which made it very challenging. Prepare to buy your own dishwashing pods and laundry pods as well as bring a hairdryer. The kitchen is also sparsely equipped. Batteries in the TV remote needed to be replaced at our expense. Some VRBO hosts really care about the guest experience, others not so much.
