We set up this apartment very fresh in autumn 2017. The approximately 76 sqm bright 2-room apartment on the ground floor is spacious. It is modernly furnished, fully equipped and lovingly decorated. Located on the grounds of the golf residence, it offers both tranquility and a beautiful view of nature as well as being close to the beach and the center. The apartment has both a northwest and a southeast terrace (with a beach chair). The complex has a pool and a sauna.
Grömitz is a vacation paradise for athletes, nature lovers and beach vacationers. The kilometer-long sandy beach offers relaxation for bathers, families and walkers. Not only water sports enthusiasts get their money's worth on the southern beach - here is also a popular meeting place for beach volleyball players. In the immediate vicinity of the beautiful marina, people dig and surf. In the hinterland, endless landscapes and beautiful lakes invite you to bike tours.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2015 and equipped with attention to detail as a holiday apartment in autumn 2017. Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. In the spacious bedroom, the morning sun shines through a large window on the 160x200cm bed. The living room has a dining area near the kitchen and a comfortable couch. This can be used as a sleeping facility for 2 people. When unfolded, the couch offers a comfortable lying area of 140x200cm. The high-quality fitted kitchen has modern appliances and is very well equipped. All windows are equipped with remote-controlled shutters, pleated blinds and mosquito screens.
