Two blocks away is a Spar supermarket, which is only open every Sunday until 9pm. Cafés, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. Graz University can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. Our guests are university professors, visitors to congresses, artists (Graz Opera, Palazzo), AVL, Magna international staff

Stayed Sep 13, 2025This will be a great place once it's finished. The location is perfect but there are few amenities in the kitchen. The shower needs a place for soap and a safety bar for children and older adults.

Stayed Sep 10, 2024This apartment is perfectly located. Just off the main square, very near a main transport hub, close to the Opera and the Congress. Vavara is a warm and welcoming host and replys instantly when contacted. I would stay here again.
