Spacious and modern Apartment with free parking in the heart of Granada 8

Beautiful apartment, close to everything. Very clean and there was farmacia and stores all around I recommend this place!

We checked in right after Xmas. The heat was not on in the accommodations, and there was no indication from the host that the heat would not be turned on. When I awoke the next morning cold because it was only 14 (58F) in the apartment, I complained. I was told that the radiant floor heat wasn’t turned on for short stays (I stayed 2 nights), but was never told that the air conditioner (not turned on) heated the apartment on short stays. There was nothing of that in the listing, instructions sent, or otherwise. The host told me he sent me the instructions via text, but the text only talked about air conditioning.The host refused to acknowledge their error, lied about it, and then tried to gaslight me by saying I had not following non-existent directions was the reason they neglected to turn on the heat.And here’s the question that was never answered: why wasn’t any heating system turned on for my stay in the middle of winter? Apparently, it was my fault, according to the host. Would not recommend.

Comfortable, clean, secure and super location in Granada. Walkable to everything and lots of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Staff was friendly, pro-active and went out of their way to make sure we had a great 1 week stay. Highly recommended!

Nos ha aparecido un apartamento muy cómodo limpio y acogedor.Lo único que yo puedo poner una pega es ,que deberían de revisar los pomos de la puerta del dormitorio de matrimonio cuando cerraba la puerta te quedabas con él en la mano

Servicio de atención impecable, a la llegada y a la salida. Apartamento muy cómodo con instalaciones muy nuevas, para una familia de cuatro miembros como nosotros. Ubicación suficientemente cerca de todo, con la ventaja de tener aparcamiento en el mismo edificio. Poco menaje: faltaban rallador de queso, colador, tazones grandes de desayuno, batidora. La ducha del dormitorio de dos camas funciona mal de termostato.

Muy limpio, da gusto. Lo malo la reserva via web: el email con las instrucciones de entrada nunca llegó, y las formas en que me pidieron los datos por whatsapp son lo menos serio que me he encontrado nunca, mediante un mensaje en el que ponía 'dnis xfa'. No es serio ni cordial. Muchas gracias por todo.
