Spacious AND BODACIOUS studio, sleeps 2, for guests that love the color purple!

Hostess was wonderful! Suite was comfortable, a/c worked like a charm. Bed was comfortable, the property was neat and clean, outside seating area was relaxing. The only thing missing was a kitchen sink, but that was made up for by the provision of plenty of disposable cups, plates, utensils, etc. No need to cook anyway as there was lots of local (and chain) coffee houses and restaurants nearby. We REALLY enjoyed our stay!

Gracious host, quiet, private, and clean. More home than hotel.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it, its way better than getting a hotel. The room is perfect size for 2 people and everything is nice; homie atmosphere, great bathroom, huge tv, small patio out back, great location too! She lables everything and has information about places around and so very nice too! We plan on staying here again when we come back to San Antonio.

Our stay at this location was so great! The owner Melinda was very nice and friendly to us. It was like having a home away from home. Nice & quiet, Very clean, smelled good, big fluffy towels, nice cool air conditioning (it was in the 100s outside during our stay), we slept so good on a very comfortable bed, sheets & pillows. We will definitely stay here again, while visiting family in San Antonio. I have nothing bad to say at all. We highly recommend this property!!

Melinda was kind. There were some thoughtful touches like cold water in the fridge and some snacks to greet guests. Her studio is very clean, comfortable and cute.

Quiet and relaxing!

My roommate and I really enjoyed staying here! Our host greeted us upon arrival and told us where everything was, as well as left us snacks and waters! I highly recommend staying here and I will be booking here again next time I am in the area!

Melinda was very responsive, the studio was clean, the kitchenette was effective. I appreciated the bottled water, utensils and snacks available. Her place is a quick drive to the highway and H‑E‑B (grocery store) is nearby.

We were only staying for one night, but we were so impressed. The studio was spotless and had everything you would need. Water and snacks were even available. The room was comfortable and the air worked great. Our host offered to give us a ride to a destination and allowed us to lead us there so we wouldn’t get lost. She was extremely friendly and made our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this stay to everyone and I would come back again.

Communication with the owner/manager was A+++! Probably the best I have ever had with a VRBO rental. The apartment itself was spotless, well-furnished and comfortable. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, including my own bed at home. The bed alone is worth the stay. The kitchenette is well-stocked with coffee, water and snacks...much appreciated after our late arrival. We lacked for nothing, felt like we were staying at a friend's home, and had a lovely evening visiting with Melinda on the patio for a perfect evening. Highly recommend.

This has been my 3rd trip to San Antonio and this has been my home every trip! Everything is laid out for you in the room. Snacks, water, coffee, maps, and local menus can all be found right there. Excellent backyard hangout and maybe you’ll get to meet Grayson! Love this place and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in town!!!

Our stay was very nice and our Host was great. Our accommodations were exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, with everything we needed, for a nice trip to visit our family….The A/C was amazing and kept us comfortable after the long days of hanging out in San Antonio in June.
