Some of the windows blinds are broken, kitchen cabinets drawers don't open or close properly, and the kitchen stove fan handle is broken. The apartment doesn't have any iron , i communicate with the agent she directed me to fewer places to look for it and after that, she never got back to me. Overall, i enjoyed staying with the family. i had a great time.

Apt was exactly as shown. Very quiet location convenient to downtown Boston and south shore.

Place matched the pictures. I would stay again. Kitchen was nice, lots of bedding and space for all.

This location was perfect for our class trip with 12 students and 5 adults. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Kitchen has a gas oven but it worked fine. House was very clean and the 6 bedrooms allow for a lot flexibility for a large crowd. Will not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommend.

Wonderful attention to detail and superior communication by owner. When I noticed her of the broken Keurig, she immediately dropped off a new one at the house. I’d stay again at the house in a heartbeat!

Great amount of space. There are 6 bedrooms, and it fits a ton of people. The kitchen is very poorly furnished, and there is no dishwasher. My guess is that they expect you to eat out for every meal.

We had the bes time! Plenty of bedrooms ans beds for our whole group. Kitchen had ample space but lacked some basic necessities. Dining room table and chairs were spot on. Living room spaces were small but there was two so it was doable. The host responded quickly and was very helpful when needed. I would 100% recommend this property and the host!!

Really enjoyed the place.

We booked this property for a trip with our extended family, and it was perfect! It was close to the train station into Boston. It was also a good location for jogging, as the track is within jogging distance, as is the path next to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Jenny was responsive, helpful, and kind in assisting with our questions and needs. Home provided an abundance of space, extremely clean, and everything we needed for our time in the Boston area. Roadway is slow, but when traffic is heavy backing out of driveway is tough. Tip - back in when you return to house, as pulling forward is a breeze. Take advantage of Caddy Memorial Park where you can walk around both a wetlands area and ocean across the street and free parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The check-in process required a bit of communication to sort out the codes (I will never be mad about updated codes to make sure everything is secure). Jenny was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was resolved quickly—no issues getting in. The space was exactly what we needed, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our trip. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Location is convenient and easy. Checkin seamless. Jenny accessible and helpful. Enough room for everyone. Large rooms that goes on and on. Multiple beds. Kitchen living room open concept and stocked. Two levels. Would stay again.

We loved our stay so much! The drive along the beach leading up to it was so beautiful and the entire property had so much attention to detail. The host is incredibly kind and accommodating!

The hosts of this property were very helpful for our large group visiting the area. The rooms were clean and there was ample space for everyone. Great spot.
