Spacious 4-bedroom apartment with WiFi, AC in enjoyable Newark

Quite neighborhood. Off street parking but it is a tight space if you have a large SUV. Difficult to find street parking. Large kitchen with fully stocked dishes, pots, glasses. Rooms were very clean. Two bedrooms downstairs to sleep 3 people.

House was perfect distance from Prudential Center and places to eat. Location felt safe. Home was clean. Host really worked with us for the check-in process, since some of us were arriving earlier than others due to flights. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Loved our stay. In and out of Newark pretty quick. Restaurants right down the street. Great time.

House was nice and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds. Pretty neighborhood close to everything. Restaurants withing walking distance are amazing!

The house looked just like the photos. Very nice appearance. However, when we arrived we turned on the lights in the kitchen and there were roaches on the floor. Yuck. Then, the trundle beds outer blanket was dirty. There was a washer and dryer with every supply needed, so we were able to wash everything that night. So frustrating! The bottom of the tub was scratched up and rusted. There was a non-slip mat in the tub, but it did not cover the damage. We couldn't leave so we had to make the best of things. All was going well until it started raining. There is a leak in the ceiling and we were up at 1:00 AM using pans and pots to catch the water. Not to mention drying the wood floors. We woke up to the sound of water so the floors were soaked. We reached out to the owner and NEVER heard back. NEVER. This place had so much potential but ultimately, it was a let down.

We stayed wjth a group of 5 for a work trip and were comfortable. The home was clean, and host even left us snacks and drinks which was very thoughtful. Home had a private designated parking space which was perfect so we didn't have to park on the street. Very easy access and overall quiet clean neighborhod..
