Located on Rue Saint-Didier in a pleasant and lively neighborhood with many shops nearby, this 135 m² apartment offers a spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed stay. Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure building, it charms with its generous volumes, tasteful decoration, and large wraparound balcony that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility.
Ideal for a family stay, with friends, or for a business trip, the accommodation combines comfort, functionality, and an excellent location.


The apartment
From the entrance, you discover a vast bright living space including the living room, lounge, and open kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen provides a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, French press coffee maker, as well as everything needed to prepare your meals with ease.

In the living/lounge area, you'll find a large dining table with two benches, a cozy seating area with several comfortable seats, and a retro projector for enjoyable movie nights. The balcony running around the apartment is a real asset: it lets you enjoy the outdoors while staying in a calm setting on an upper floor.

The hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of four distinct spaces:

A first bedroom with desk and queen size bed 160x190.
A second bedroom with double bed 140x190.
A third bedroom with double bed 140x190 and desk.
A large master suite with queen size bed 160x190, walk-in closet, and spacious private bathroom with shower.

You will also have a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC.

As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbors are prohibited within our apartment.
Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment.
Any violation of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty. Thank you for your vigilance :)

The D metro line allows easy access to downtown Lyon, the Presqu’île, and Bellecour in just a few minutes.
Several TCL bus lines run in the area and facilitate travel to neighboring districts, train stations, and major points of interest in the city.
