Stayed Jul 21, 2025Location was great! Easy to get to most places by foot. With a little work with maintenance and cleaning, the property has lots of potential. The unit is located in the basement level of the building. Initially the unit seems very clean. Once you settle in you start to notice things. Mold in the showers, towel rods barely hanging on, dishwasher front panel missing. and couches need good cleaning. Recommend bringing your own towels. The unit only as a washer, no dryer and one working hair dyer. The host was friendly and great about communication and responding back in a timely manner.

Stayed May 8, 2025Let me start off by saying that the location was great if you are wanting to be close to the Vatican. It is basically across the street. The restaurants, bus or train,were good and reasonable for its location and expectation. However, there are elements that should be better and also should be addressed before anyone should rent the apartment. Cleanliness:On the surface, it appears clean but the reality is the apartment needs a top to bottom clean. The glamour of the place at first glance makes you look past these things until you are standing still long enough to notice. Mold on the shower head. Mold in the track on the shower. Floors dirty. Couch needs to be cleaned professionally. Maintenance:The master shower head was old and needed to be changed a long time ago. The shower wand was falling off the wall. The shower door wheels were broken. The bathroom door barely moved. It needed adjustment. The plaster on the walls was falling off around the faucets and in areas they had patched. We found a baseboard coming off because it was nailed to the wall. The dishwasher didn’t have the front panel. I’m not really sure why it didn’t but with all the other things it just went with the program. None of the remotes for the air conditioning worked. We had so many remotes for this place we just had to laugh. Battery compartment on remote broken or missing. Remote batteries being held in with tape. The host was great but they need to improve on what they deliver.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025Outstanding building, location and apartment/villa. 10 minute walk to the Vatican and about that to Trevi fountain.
