Spacious 3BR apartment with 2 bathrooms

Great place

This was a great base to explore Reykjavik. We have three young children and this property was perfect with plenty of space. Very easy to find (and park) having arrived late from the airport. The walk into the city is doable plus the hop-on hop-off bus stops very close. Great views of the city as well. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location and apartment. I'll stay there again in a few months! Only downside is parking is expensive, but also worth it.

Beautiful property! We enjoyed the amenities and the laundry was very convenient. It was nice to have a shared space for conversation and meals during our travels!

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable and in a good location reasonably close to downtown Reykjavik (although a bit further away than we had anticipated). It was close to tour bus stop #12 which was good for pickups and drop offs but it would have been helpful if we had been told this rather than discovering for ourselves after our first trip to the central bus station (BSI). The main bathroom really needs the shower to be attached to the wall rather than being hand-held. It was also curious for a 3 bedroom apartment that accommodates 6 people that there was only one stool in the kitchen, only one chair outside, and only about 5 glasses and 5 mugs.

This apartment is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone! It made our stay in Reykjavik a wonderful experience. It is open and spacious, with gorgeous city views! The location was great as well. We felt very safe and comfortable. A great home away from home! The host is extremely responsive and helpful with anything you may need too, which is especially nice when you are in a foreign country. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope that we can again soon!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It's centrally located, so close to everything which was amazing. The place had some wear and tear but I would 100% come back and stay here a again on our next trip.

The property and location are excellent. The views are wonderful.Do be aware that although the listing says both bathrooms have showers, the main bathroom has a bathtub only (it has a handheld shower head, but there is no shower curtain, so you can't use it as a shower).We were disappointed with the check-in, and that's why we can't give this property a 5-star rating. When we arrived at 3:00, the apartment hadn't been cleaned yet. We were told it would be cleaned by 4:00, but when we arrived back at 4:30, it still had not been cleaned. Ultimately, it was not available to us until 5:30. They offered us late check out (until noon) on our final day as compensation, but that didn't make up for the fact that we had flown all night and could not get in to the apartment at the time we had paid for.

My family & I flew into Iceland on an overnight flight & we were lucky enough to be able to get an early check in so we didn’t have to wait until 3pm. The apartment is amazing & clean, & exactly as the photos show. We also loved the location with its short 10 min walk to the shops & restaurants. The best fish & chips we had is from Reykjavik Fish if you have a hankering for fish & chips! They have 3 locations we visited the one on the rainbow painted road if that helps! I was particularly impressed with the communication from the company & how easy the check in/finding the apartment was. I would most definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

Stayed at this apartment with family of five. Property was spacious, clean and beautiful. Very easy to walk downtown or use public transportation. Plenty of restaurants within close walking distance. Communication with property management was great and check in was very easy.

We just left this property after a 4 night stay. We could not be more pleased with the apartment and the location. The accommodations were exactly as described. They even had fans which was so nice. This property is in walking distance of anything in Reykjavík. The parking was tricky at first… just finding it and figuring how to get up to the hotel but after a few days, we figured it out. Would definitely stay at this property again.

With in nice walking distance to most restaurants and activities. Very quite safe street. Comfortable walking at any one of the day. Try to park on the street at night. It will save you allot of money.

A short walk from shopping and restaurants, this was a very comfortable apartment for my family of four. Communication with the management was quick. Made our stay in Iceland great.

We were 5 ladies on a trip to Reykjavík! This apartment was a great base to have. Only one little comment to the stay, it would be nice with some extra towels. But overall the stay was great.

Great stay and super close to the main shopping street. It was very clean and everyone slept well.

Outstanding condo with everything one might need for a great stay. One block from bus stop 12 which is where most of the excursions pick up passengers. Great restaurants nearby. We particularly loved Reykjavik Kitchen and Old Iceland restaurant. Nearby supermarket and very close to Laugavegur Street which is lovely. We walked everywhere. Perfect stay.

We stayed for 2 nights over Christmas. The flat is absolutely lovely and the host very helpful. Highly recommend! The only suggestion would be better guidance to find the proper elevator from the garage under the building. It was very confusing on arrival but once we found the right door which is where night behind the first pay station at the base of the entry ramp from the street (but unmarked), we were able to quickly access the apartment elevator directly which helped tremendously with our bags.

When our original VRBO host cancelled on us 3 hours before our flight was leaving we scrambled to find another place. Our host at this VRBO was so friendly and so accomodating to us -- especially when this was last minute. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious - with 3 big bedrooms, huge living room to hang out in and a washer and dryer. The check in process was smooth and the key code worked perfectly. We were able to find free on street parking nearby. There is a grocery store very close and many bust stops. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in this part of Iceland!

The apartment was beautiful, modern, spacious and clean with views of the church and all of Reykjavík. We had five people including two children and were completely comfortable. It was a perfect spot for our stay in Reykjavík. Thank you!

Everything we needed was there and it decorated beautifully! Wonderful neighborhood and walking distance to places to eat.

This property is perfect for a group of 4-6 people. It's views are panoramic, the space ample, clean and conveniently located to restaurants. We appreciated the washer/dryer as we all were traveling with carry-ons. The common space is comfortable for socializing with the bedrooms providing private TV viewing. The host's communicatons are prompt! A wonderful home awayfrom home! prompt.

Apartment met our needs for 5. Close to attractions and dining! Hosts were very responsive and providing great information. Will definitely stay again.

Nice stay and great location! Just wish a few little things were clearer. Figuring out where exactly to park upon initial arrival was a little difficult. There were 3 of us, so having a few extra towels available would have been nice. However, a washer and dryer was available.

Great stay overall! We are a family of 4 from Canada and accustomed to larger spaces! Kids enjoyed a bedroom each, the 2 bathrooms were very nice as was the laundry and full kitchen! It’s very quiet which was useful from a time change perspective. Location is hard to beat, walking distance to the “main strip”, the oceanfront, and a minimart for all your grocery needs. BTW the “restaurant” to your left when you exit front doors that says “Gelato” is NOT just gelato, there’s plenty of food there that’s decently priced!! GO IN! Took us a while to figure out…..enjoy your stay!
