Spacious 3 Bedroom in Downtown Danville: Welcome to 4th Street Retreat

Back door window pane was broke and covered wirh cardboard and duck tape. Renter included information in welcome message bu i was unware how bad it was until I arrived at the property around 830 and messaged renter by 9 and asked for a refund because i left at 9 oclock. Wouldnt refund money even though i didnt not stay at the property because i felt unsafe.

This is a beautiful, clean space conveniently located in downtown Danville. We were just minutes from downtown shops and restaurants, and the friends we were visiting. The other great thing about this location is that there are no neighbors, so you're not fighting for a parking spot, or having to listen to other folks. The hosts have gone out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition to the basics, they have provided just about everu tloletry you could possibly have forgotten to bring with you.

The house was very nice and comfortable. Two of the bedrooms were just futons and we thought they were regular bedrooms, but the big bed was very comfortable. Thank you for having us!

It was a great place! Great location as we were there for a baseball tournament and we were within 5 mins to the fields.

Perfect location and abundance of space, kitchenware, toiletries, information and comfy bed and furniture.

Over all everything was good. We did bring air mattresses incase the futons weren't comfortable but they weren't bad.

This was my second stay at the 4th Street Retreat. It is a great location and a great price. Macie was very responsive.

Had a wonderful time staying here! We were a short walk for the Great American Brass Band Festival and the house was incredibly cozy. Our host was super nice and helpful!!

The host gave great attention to details so that all age groups found something to interest them. I was able to prepare meals from scratch in her kitchen, and clean up after because of all the things she kept around. We did run out of toilet paper and dishwashing detergent oh, and trash bags.

Walkable to downtown restaurants and bars. Spacious for a couple but other bedrooms are very small. Good value when compared to a hotel! Clean and nice amenities.

The location is very close to main street, the second floor apartment was very well stocked with thoughful items. The Easter decorations were very well done, we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Place was nice and cozy! Had all the kitchen appliances and tools needed to cook which was nice since have stayed at other places that didn’t have all the kitchenware. Was better than staying at one of the local hotels since had more room. Plan on being back when having to visit family.

We needed access to the university and local hote for a swim camp after Christmas. Great property, excellent communication, and even came back with some quality Bourbon.

Concert was fun, food was fantastic. Fun little city!

Stayed at this location for Centre College Homecoming. Conveniently located in walking distance to campus and downtown. Tons of parking and very cute apartment. Good space to all hang out together in the large living room. Bed was very comfortable, but the futons were a bit stiff to sleep on. Would stay again for a future Danville event!

It was a great place for my husband and I. Good location. Parking was great. It was perfect for two adults, but the other bedrooms were a little small. We loved the record player and records. Such a nice touch.

We enjoyed the very cute place with a wonderful porch. Great for three girlfriends to relax and refresh.
