Spacious 2BR 2Level Apt - Walkable to metro!

Fantastic apartment (bottom floor) in great location, proximity to Metro and beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable space for our family of 3.

This is the first floor and basement of the two story building. The basement kitchen area was unusable with a gapping hole in the wall - looks like a repair was being completed - There was obvious old water damage in the first floor bathroom ( paint bulging and peeling off the wall) the shower curtain had some mildew on it. There was a strong pot smell when I first entered the building - I informed the host - she responded right away and addressed the parking issue as wellAside from the smell of pot and an occasional whiff of cigarettes there was a dog in the 2nd floor unit that kept barking

The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a meal and eating. Would suggest a baking dish and a smaller baking sheet. The house was clean and decorated nicely. Host was very gracious and helpful to us. Would definitely stay again. A 10 minute walk to metro. Several restaurants close by.

Wonderful location, near subway leading to most historical sites in downtown WDC. Description of the property was accurate and the cost was reasonable. Downstairs is a little low for individuals over 6’ tall, as there are ceiling beams that must be ducked under for tall people. Plenty of hot water for showers, and beds were comfortable. Biggest selling point is the location within easy walking distance of both the blue and yellow subway lines.

Overall stay was lovely. Somethings that I did notice. The area is amazing. Light bulbs are needing to be changed. Both showers fill with water. Drains appeared to be clogged. The door knob also would stick in the master bedroom.

Check-in was smooth. Kitchen could use more basic cookware.

The property was great! It provided everything we needed as well as a very comfortable place to relax after being tourist. Quiet neighborhood and very close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

The house is great and felt really safe in a nice neighborhood. I also cannot get over how great the location of this place was. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to the DC Metro Rail which I used every day to avoid driving into the city and trying to find (and pay for) parking.

The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was cozy and convenient to the DC Metro and Alexandria areas we wanted to go. Great area of town close to a couple of neat restaurants and pubs as well. Will absolutely stay here again in the future!
