Spacious 2Bdrm walkable to UW, Shopping and More

Libby was very communicative and personable. Our stay was short but very comfortable. It was a warm night and the AC was nice to have!

This is the place to stay in the University area. Our host Libby is quick to reply to any question. The unit has everything you need for a family stay. Libby has stocked the unit with extra towels, washer and dryer plus detergent, and a complete kitchen as well. I highly recommend this spacious unit near the University Place.

This spacious two bedroom near UW was perfect for our visit. The beds are very comfortable. Our friendly host Libby promptly replies to our questions. Lots of towels, plus the laundry room is a big bonus. Perfect for family

Quiet neighborhood yet walkable to UW campus and all that the U District has to offer. Lots of space, a really good bed. The street here is steep, but hey, that’s Seattle!

Hostess with the mostest! Very accommodating, and we were greeted with a lovely card and chocolates. Everything very clean. Great neighborhood, close to UW. Master bedroom queen bed very comfortable. Spacious, lots of light - high windows in the living room show off verdant trees. Good-sized kitchen with amenities. Although we didn't use them, the full sized washer and dryer are convenient. If you're noise-sensitive this might not be the best place for you (active family lives above) but earplugs are provided and host is sensitive to your needs and will keep noise to a minimum, upon request. Our family of 3 stayed for 4 nights -- with extra guests (a sister and a friend) staying overnight the first night -- at no extra charge. The apartment sleeps up to 6. We thought this place was a very good value. Thank you, highly recommend!

The beautiful, hilly neighborhood was centrally located. You could walk to U. of Washington or take a bus. There was a cute coffee shop right around the corner and grocery stores within a short drive. The kitchen was large and very well-equipped with older but functional stuff. The beds were comfortable but FYI to anyone who is scent-sensitive, the laundry products in use were very scented. You can hear the folks walking around above, which usually wasn't as issue except one of the nights we were there they were up much later than I wanted to be. Overall, a good place to stay.

Libby’s place was perfect for our visit to Seattle! She was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. The apartment is very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the space in general was delightful. We will check to see if her place is available next time we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for the four of us and it had a modern feel with a great kitchen and bathroom. We had everything we needed and had a very relaxing Christmas.

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! The home is super clean and comfortable. Great laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Cozy living room. Great communication with hosts. Amazing location! Close walk to shopping, coffee, restaurants, bus, and light rail. Our first time to Seattle as we helped our son get settled at U. of Washington. For five days we walked, road the bus, the light rail, and the monorail, exploring the U District, the university campus, downtown, Seattle Center, Pikes Market, China Town, Pioneer Square, Capital Hill, Green Lake, and we went to a Seattle Reign game and hiked the Cougar Mountain Wildland Park - all without a car! Absolutely blown away by the city. And this home was a perfect home base. Thank you, and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood! It was a very close drive to everything we needed - grocery stores and delicious restaurants - and attractions we wanted to visit. There is also a great local coffee shop just a short block’s walk. The place was very clean, which is a comfort in itself and the beds were very comfortable. This was a great place to stay for my family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Next time we want to visit Seattle, we will surely be back!

Excellent location, close to UW and Ravenna. Quiet street. On street parking with provided pass. Kitchen has everything needed for a short or long stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay here!

Clean and spacious. Convenient to light rail if you can figure out a few quirky roads like Ravenna NE. Always add on extra time to walk. Libby was akways responsive

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed during our trip. Hosts were very responsive for any needs. Price and convenient Seattle location makes this our go to VRBO for future visits.

Three of us came to town for three nights, taking the light rail from the nearby station to various spots was super easy. We were lucky to enjoy dinner warm weather and the nearby park was wonderful—a true sanctuary. Easy communication with owner, comfortable place.

We needed a place to stay to watch a collegiate ultimate frisbee tournament at the University of Washington. This apartment fit the bill perfectly. One bedroom with a queen for another couple, and a single bed for me. The place was a little over a mile from UW and the playing fields. It was also walking distance from a number of nice restaurants and bars.

I had a great stay, the neighborhood is beautiful with lots of Arts & Crafts houses and parks. The host was great, the unit was just as described.

Loved this place! Lovely neighborhood and space described accurately. Great location for Seattle activities. We especially enjoyed the space to relax after a busy day with enough comfortable seating for 5 people to watch a movie. We'll definitely stay again.

A well furnished apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortably firm mattresses. Great location on a quiet street, with convenient access to the University of Washington campus and UW Medicine Montlake Hospital (which was the focus of our visit.) Nearby Ravenna Park is a great place to walk or run, and the nearly endless Burke-Gillman Trail is also close at hand for walking or bike riding. Two grocery stores within a mile, and lots of restaurant options as well. Friendly and helpful host. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone planning a Seattle visit.

This space was comfortable, clean and well-appointed! It had everything we needed for our family to cook a couple meals and relax. We would happily stay there again!

We had 6 adults all staying for a convention in town! Check in was easy and quick. They live upstairs and have such a cute pup who kindly welcomed us home from the window😁 checkout was also fairly easy. The driveway to walk up is VERY steep and slippery when wet. We barely made it up, so be aware of that! Otherwise the place was clean and stocked with what we needed. Very odd layout, but cute!

Hosts available but not intrusive. We'd like to stay there again! Steep driveway on a steep street, but hey, it's Seattle!

We stayed here when taking our teenagers to visit UW. It's a lovely, quiet apartment within easy walking distance of campus. With the pullout bed in the family room each kid got their own place to sleep, which they appreciated. It was also great to have access to a washer/dryer. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

A very cozy little space with all the necessary items needed for a weekend getaway. Bring your own food n drinks and enjoy time away from home. It was perfect for my family of 4 attending a UW/Michigan football game. Definitely recommend!!

Booked 2 bedroom when dropping my daughter 👶 Dr at University of Wash. walking distance to university village, quiet neighborhood and host was very accommodating. Cute area with lots of recommendation from host w plenty of restaurants near by within 10 min driving distance.
