Spacious 2 BR Near Buffalo/Niagara Falls

This adorable property was located convenient to KeyBank Center (where we went to see a concert) as well as multiple bars and restaurants and just a little further to a vibrant downtown area. The accommodations were more than comfortable and really well appointed. We plan to go back and saved it as a favorite!!

The amenities the room space and the clean was amazing no complaints, very comfortable and would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say is the communication with the property manager was very poor as we didn’t hear back in time or at all.

The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was great and had what we needed to prepare meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking in the driveway was very handy. Brian was very quick to answer any questions except for the very end of our stay. I asked twice if we could stay an extra night or two (we were helping our son move into a house around the corner and we weren't sure if the house would be ready in time for us to move in) there was no response. In spite of that we would highly recommend this rental for your stay in Buffalo.

Great location and clean. Street parking only but it was not too difficult to find a parking. The only issue we had is that the downstairs unit has parking in the back but chose to park right at the entrance so it was hard to get by when carrying luggage.

Very clean, great location with easy access to major roads and attractions, good communication with owner who did not live on-site.

Very clean and spacious. All new kitchen very nice. Wish there were more sheets for air mattress and blankets for living room. Street parking was tough as a lot of cars. Had to park one block over - not a big deal but something to consider. Lovely place.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lots of room, comfortable couch, safe neighborhood and close to plenty of restaurants.

Great location - close to Interstate, Downtown Buffalo, Lake Erie shore and Niagara Falls. Appreciated A/C. Remodeled modern kitchen with all appliances. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return again!

Apartment was adequate. Parking was a hassle sine you can’t park in the driveway. On street parking only so had to drive around the block several times and was not able to park close to the house. Unable to “enjoy summer evenings” like the listing states as there was NO furniture on the balcony.

Beautiful kitchen. Comfy beds! We had 2 lawn chairs along so enjoyed outside porch on nice days. Lots of stairs!

Being from So Bflo, I knew that the houses where a bit dated, however, this apartment was was modern and up to date. As soon as you walk in, the apartment was warm and cozy. The kitchen appliances were new and updated. The bedrooms were just right, and the living room was very spacious so if we have guests, there was plenty of room for all.If you are looking for a small place to stay, this would be it. Everything that you might need (restaurants, convenience stores, etc) is close by.When I go back home, this would be a place I would rent again.

A++ Great communication with the host. Coming in from Florida, while a hurricane just passed through . So didnt get to enjoy one of the days but we made it in! Apartment is very nice. Off street parking was plenty! Would rent again ..

Went to Buffalo to see kids and grandkid. Home was conveniently located next to them. Only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the tp and maybe reconsider the king bed frame. Long way to get up in my old age. But nice home.

My friend and I decided to meet up in Buffalo for a weekend. The house was perfect size, in easy location, updated and very clean. The host is very nice and responsive. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Very roomy and a quaint and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood about a half hour from Niagara Falls. Great communication with property owner.

The kitchen was lovely, rooms were a nice size, the apartment and neighborhood were very quiet and well kept. It was a great location between the Southtowns and Northtowns. But in spite of all of these positives, I would not rent from this owner again. There were no railings on about 16 stairs, no volume control on the TV which was set very low with closed captions turned on, almost no water pressure in bathroom sink, I could not locate a house manual, and last but not least, when I asked the owner about a couple of these issues, he did not respond. I didn't feel confident that I could get ahold of him if needed. I was in the apartment for a full week. I would not rent from this owner again.

Less than expected. Second rate stay. One bathroom sink did not work. Had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink. Had to ask for them to put the furniture back on the front porch that was shown in the pictures of the listing. Missing hand rails. Prearranged access to the washing machine did not haooen. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

My parents and I traveled from PA for a graduation up in that area. The place was amazing this was my 3rd Vrbo and my parents first they were truly amazed how easy the check in process went and the how clean and homey the place was.

Cute, clean and perfect location! My 24 yr old was ready to move in permanently :) The decor was great and the kitchen to die for! Thanks for the snacks and the comfy beds! We enjoyed every minute! Great neighborhood too.
