Stayed Jan 27, 2026The host was easy to deal with and very welcoming. They were quick to remedy an issue of being locked out (Operator error, not their fault!)Location was great. Space is as pictured. Comfortable beds. Clean. Wi-Fi worked without issue. Water can take some time to heat up in the shower but it was clean and worked great. Never felt unsafe in the area. Not far from all the amenities.Just note the address is 275, not 277 as indicated on the map. Would book again!

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Beautiful space, runs the entire perimeter of the building. Very spacious for a family of 4! We messaged CasaHill many times and they were responsive, even purchasing us food prior to our stay and during our stay as well. There's nothing to the check out process! Easy peasy. We loved the private pool. The heater broke during our stay, but that's not the owner's fault. There's definitely noise from the neighboring restaurants or locals partying a bit late into the night, but bring earplugs and you should be ok. Fabulous, perfect location in the middle of all of the action - central to both the beach and the Malecon. We loved it!!

Stayed Mar 9, 2025This condo was great. It is a large condo that runs the width of the building. Great layout with very nice south facing balcony. You can see to the mountains between the two buildings across the street from Urban. Amazing rooftop pool with a great view to the north, Old Town PV and the bay. We loved the bright colors and Mexican artwork. It’s not a stark white condo. Nice cross breeze when living room and master bdrm sliding doors are open. Otherwise there’s ceiling fans and good A/C. Super walkable to restaurants, bars and Art Galleries. Basilio Badillo is just one block away. When closed up - the condo is very quiet at night. Kitchen has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Third floor with easy elevator or stair access. We’d definitely stay there again.

Stayed Feb 10, 2024I stayed at the condo with my recently widowed mom (I am 52 and she is 83) and we had an excellent time. Great location, great staff, GREAT OWNER - it was all around exactly what we wanted - a few steps to the beach, the great restaurants, the good shopping, and a morning walk on the Malecon with stops for coffee and pastries. 5 star for sure!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023The condo is gorgeous - exactly as pictured. I stayed here for a week with my husband and will definitely be back! The rooftop pool was so nice for relaxing after the beach, and all of the bars, restaurants, and shops are only a few minutes walk away. 10 out of 10 would recommend :)
